As I said on my previous post. Zeke and Jared were very helpful and patient with me. I know now how knowledgeable the employees of Year-round Heating Services and I appreciate that with the Company. This is my second contract with the company and I will continue to buy other contracts. I am so appreciative of the fact that they took the time to make this long trip to service my unit.

Technicians arrived on time as well as the crane operator. They were very professional and covered all bases. The only issue I had was the crane leaked hydraulic fluid on my driveway and didn’t bother cleaning it up. The technicians stepped up to the plate and cleaned the small mess up. They communicated well with me. Good job. Waiting for the inspection tomorrow.

Otto with Year Round Heating was a amazing. He completed my new home inspection and the recommended repairs. As a home buyer, there is a lot happening, so his calm professional demeanor was appreciated.

His original home inspection was so thorough the sellers had to agree to pay the full cost of repairs. Once he installed the units he walked me through the process and made sure I understood how to use the new systems, and how to maintain them for many years to come.

They were available for an inspection within a few days. Even explained their report in detail when I was in the home buying process. Otto, Alfonso and Temo were outstanding! They were on time, professional and courteous. They completed the service in such a quick time. Although I did not request it, I appreciated the fact that they wore masks and shoe covers. It showed the extra attention to detail and professionalism.
