A/C fan motor replaced.
He took the time to eliminate any other issue in an hvac switching issue. Issue hasn't been isolated yet, but, was honest about it. He left me with a working a/c after 4day holiday weekend, so I'm a happy camper now.

Alverto is professional, on time, hard worker, and very knowledgeable about his work. He explained to me how things work and can be fixed in a way I can easily understand. And with the high cost of HVAC repairs, he tried to find ways where I can avail discounts and save. He is an asset to your company, and we look forward in the future when he comes back to perform the annual maintenance.

The service technician got here and got right to work. He got our AC up and running in about 20 minutes if that. He also did a checkup of our ac unit and he was on his way.

Company responded very quickly and was on time. Their supervisor Rafael was very detailed in his inspection and explanation. He gave great customer service and answered all our questions clearly.

Otto and his coworkers with the install crew showed up on time and are very hardworking, specially considering the the 100+ degree temperatures in our attic. They have great customer service and amazing work ethic.

Zeke is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and meticulous. He was fantastic. Want him for every service.

My service technician was Steven he was definitely a five star technician. Steven was very professional, very knowledgeable and addressed all of my needs.

Zeke was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable as to diagnosing the problem with my wiring on my thermostat to get my a/c up and running again. Customer service is absolutely the best!

An air purifier was also installed. The service technician was very upbeat, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained thoroughly how he would service the heater. He explained the difference between duct cleaning and installing an air purifier to the heater. I chose the air purifier as a more permanent solution and it has a 7 year warranty.

He also taped up a handful of tears in my insulation rolls and removed repair debris a former company left, at no charge.

The secretary who set up the appointment was also very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She explained the services they offer as well as a discount plan. I will certainly use this company in the future.

Rafael and Alfonso (forgive me if I got your names wrong! I’m the worst with names!) came to our home mid week for a possible AC repair but after walking us through how they diagnose AC issues, they ultimately helped us understand our AC unit needs. They were very professional, helpful and genuinely kind and thoughtful of how soon we needed our new unit because of our epileptic daughter. They were easy to talk to and answered all of our questions about pricing. They installed our unit by Saturday and were very thorough and careful with everything. A big thanks to them for spending all day on a Saturday at our house to install our unit! It blows super cold as promised and they even called after installing to make sure we were satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend Year Round Heating & Air!!
