Year Round Heating & Air Conditioning

Zeke and Jared came out today to do our seasonal AC tune up. They were very professional, thorough and they left everything clean which is huge. We will never go with another ac company ever again. Year Round lifetime customer! Thanks Year Round team!

This is my second time using Year Round H&AC. They do not disappoint I had Miguel come for a routine maintenance on my heater system and although everything went well Miguel did ask some questions that I didn't think had to do with the rest of my home but turns out it did. He gave me three different quotes for us to look over and consider and let us know that they have payment plans if needed. 100% would recommend they show you videos and pictures of the areas they see need fixing or replaced and breaking down what each part does and the benefits that they bring.

Excellent customer service from scheduling an appointment with Karissa to Zeke coming out to repair our heater. Honest and professional. We were so happy with the service we received we signed up for continued maintenance through their VIP Club. We highly recommend them for all you heating and cooling needs.

Otto and team did an excellent job with their work, demonstrating a high level of quality throughout the install project. Their outstanding communication skills kept us informed from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful outcome.

I put in a call for repairs at 430am and was able to reach their 24 hour call service. Their main office called me 20 mins later to set up a technician to come out from 8 to 10 that very morning. Miguel was the technician that arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our system. He found the issues and informed us with the proper ways of fixing them. Miguel told us that he needs a specific part from the manufacturer and it will be in in a day or two and that they'll be back out to replace the part and complete further repairs.

I’m very impressed with the service. They do a thorough job. They take your information and ask you to describe your issue from the beginning. I was given an estimated time window for the technicians arrival. A couple of follow up calls to notify of the appointment time. Once the technician arrived a description of the issue was asked again in front of the unit. The technician did all of the possible checks and arrived to a conclusion of the problem. After confirming the cost for repair and getting approval he did the repair and the problem was fixed.

After calling about our broken AC, Zeke was out our house to evaluate it within two hours. Extremely professional and efficient service. Highly recommend

The assistant manager, Karisa, and secretary, Shelby, were both very professtional, knowlegeable, helpful and courteous. The 2 servicemen, Alverto and Jared were also very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. They even noticed utility box was not flush against the wall and repaired it free of charge.
I highly recommend this company for HVAC services as I have used them for heating also. I would not use any other company.

Miguel has been my service tech for this period and I am very happy with the service he has provided.
