This was the most pleasant experience I could of asked for. I am disabled and elderly. My air conditioner was not working right. The temperature was about 100 degrees out and I was miserable. I called Halls heating and air conditioning. Even though they were about 2 weeks away for appointments, they were very nice and came out the very next day to see what the problem was. They fixed what was wrong. All the time explaining what the problem was and making sure I was ok. I was amazed at the care they showed toward me and my air conditioner. I would happily recommend them for their work and calming atmosphere. Wonderful efficient work. Thank you!

Hall's Heating and Air is fabulous! My AC went out last August when it was 108. Hall's came immediately when I called and went above and beyond to get it installed the next day. I bought the maintenance plan and they contact me to service on a regular basis. All the folks at Hall's are professional and super friendly!!

We have had a great experience with Halls. They came in and replaced our entire unit, made sure to do a follow up and then when we needed maintenance they were quick to respond. The service men are polite and trustworthy.

My air conditioner broke right before I was having guests coming to a Bar-B-Q. It was going to be typical Redding weather, so most of the guests would be inside. When I called Hall's to come out, I figured a couple of days. But nope Heather asked if I wanted someone out to my house the same day. I scheduled the appointment for the next morning between 8-9 and the repairman sent me an email saying he would see me in the morning! He was here right on time, very kind, and personable. It was fixed that same day and at less than what he quoted. I recommended Hal'so to a complete stranger at the store who was having trouble getting her AC fixed. Very nice people and would recommend this company to anyone who needs quick work done, nice repairmen, and kind people who schedule your appointment.

Called Hall's because I have seen their vans around and Veteran owned. Disappointed that they were unable to service our ac because our home being a manufactured home. Explained we are in a residential neighborhood and permanent foundation, but it didn't matter. I asked why aren't you able to service and the answer was just because that is what the owner says, no manufactured homes. Our HVAC is in the hall not on roof or in attic, simpler to access. Found another company that was happy to take our $500 with same day service.

My landlord had talked with Matt the owner about getting the AC fixed in my building. To make a long story short there was some miss communication about what was going to happen. I ended up being "that guy" frustrated at 10 things and this was just one more. Matt still honored my landlord and came down to check the building despite the interaction we had on the phone. All this to say is they have great customer service, and Matt is has class and is very professional. Sorry again man, I was out of line.

Hall's installed my new unit a couple of years ago, and did an outstanding job. Recently, I called them for service and the technician, Matt, found the problem and corrected it, using a little innovation and know-how (the problem, unrelated to the original installation, was a complicated one!). Thanks again, guys, for always going above and beyond!

Matt was Great! Very knowledgeable and diagnosed my hvac issues fast. Highly recommend them. And I will continue to use them for general system maintenance and repairs!!
