My heater went out and gave Hall’s a call to help figure out why it was not working. I called on the Monday before Thanksgiving and was able to get an appointment that day at 4pm. Matt was running late, which was not a problem and showed up about 6pm. I got a call from the secretary asking if it was still okay for him to show up later due to a job making him run behind. Once Matt arrived he got right to work and within a few minutes was able to say it was just a small part and if that was not it then it would be this other thing. Made an appointment with Matt right there for the next day to have the part fixed. Well the next day was the day it snowed 6-8 inches! I got a call from Matt at 5pm stating he tried to get to me due to the snow, but ended up getting stuck on the freeway and the van was not going to make it and might possibly have to leave the van on the side of the freeway! I was so impressed that he was willing to try to continue to come to my home, even knowing there was a chance he could not make it. Finally on Wednesday, when the snow stopped I get a call about 11:30am. It was Matt! He said he could make it now to fix my heater. Told him to come on over! When Matt arrived a big hail and thunder storm was coming. Literally no weather can stop this mans dedication to get a job done! Once he was up in the attic to fix the part he came down and looked upset. He had broken the small piece that was to fix the heater. So what did he do? Ran back to the shop, turned around and came right back and got right back up in the attic. Well after fixing that piece he figured out that we need a whole new unit. Matt was very direct and honest on what needs to be done to get the job done and not have to keep coming back out to just fix a piece here or there. Want to say thank you to Hall’s Heating and Air and for Matt who literally tried everything in his power to get to my home during the most craziest snow, hail storms! Thank you and we will continue to use this company for now on!

My wife and I called Hall's wanting to get our 3rd estimate on a new HVAC system. From the moment we met with Matt (Owner) whom did the estimate, I knew that this was the company we were going to use regardless of the cost, based on my perception and qualities I'm always looking for. They even provide the option to finance with little or no rates which is a huge deal because nothing ever breaks when you are sitting on a pile of money. Sometimes you get good people that do bad work, Sometimes you get bad people that do good work, Sometimes you even get good people that do good work, But every once in awhile you get great people that do great work and this was one of those rare occasions. The installers (Christopher and Mike) were a reflection of high standards, quality work and true professionalism). Hopefully we never need to use them again to replace our homes HVAC system in the near future; however, I will always use them for any maintenance and repairs. If you are reading customer reviews like we always do when making a larger than normal purchase decession, then stop right hear and give them a call, their also friendly and very informative Office Tech Courtney will set you up.

Had Matt replace my old HVAC ducts. Did a 10x better job than the previous local installer whom I won't mention. He recommended a more efficient layout than what existed and installed dampers on all my branches. The installation is neat and tidy, you can tell Halls takes pride in their work. Air blows cool and clean now. Thanks Matt and Halls.

Beginning to end we were very pleased with the entire team at Hall's. Team was very efficient and professio al. Refreshing to deal with someone who really cares about customer service.

Matt from Halls Heating and Air was wonderful. We had no heat and he came out the same day I called. Unfortunately it was that the gas had been turned off. Matt didn't charge us for coming out or climbing into the attic to diagnose the problem. He was even so kind to change the air filter. Very professional, trustworthy and highly recommended.

The professionalism and quality of work cannot be beat! We were extremely impressed with Matt Hall and his team. They truly exceeded our expectations from day one. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Ten stars for sure!

Matt Hall came out promptly and stood on my deck to listen to the AC on the floor above. He pretended to diagnose the problem without even touching the unit or even coming within 20 feet of it. Then he said he could fix it … but he would not do it. He would only help me if I agreed to buy a new $12,000 unit. Then I asked if he could at least give me an estimate to show to my insurance company but he refused to do that too … unless I paid him $75 for the service. It seemed to me that he simply did not want anything to do with the job because the unit was older. I do not recommend this company.

Our air conditioning stopped working on Sunday, I called Halls on Monday, after calling a few other places, Halls said they would be out between 10 and 1. Patrick arrived at 10 was able to replace all the parts that was needed and got it working. Patrick was very knowledgeable and honest. HALL'S will be our first call whenever we need heating and air conditioning service.
