I have been with Hall’s for several years now. Matt and his staff are wonderful people to do business with. Matt recently came out to service our HVAC unit. Matt wanted to touch bases with his customers. My fiancée and I were very impressed that Matt took the time out of his busy schedule to make sure we were satisfied.

Matt (the owner) came out the same day I called. Impressed with his knowledge and communication of HVAC systems. Felt I got good advice I hadn't heard from another HVAC company I had out here. Chris and Mike were here two days installing a new heat pump and completely new duct system in our older house. They were quick hard workers dealing with incredibly hot attic and roof temperatures (110F on our outdoor thermometer). They kept at it, starting at 6am. They were polite and professional, taking care to not track dirt and junk into the house. They vacuumed their work areas each day before leaving. Nice touches like cloth protection for their ladder against our painted gutters. Quality work, from my observation. The office manager, Courtney, was very professional in our inter-action, both on the phone and in person. The job was just finished today and I am very pleased with everything!

Fantastic job helping us out diagnosing and fixing our HVAC system. After I built a new computer it was generating enough heat to warm a small village. In the middle of summer that was a brutal ordeal to be working in my office and all the while the rest of the house was frozen. We really needed someone to help figure out what was wrong with our system. With a few minor tweaks Matt was able to help us out BIG TIME. The minor adjustments and repairs he did for us was no less than a complete lifesaver. Now we had cool air blowing evenly in all the rooms. It’s nice to know there are still come businesses willing to do a stand up job and not just try to sell you on something or overcharge you. Honestly rules above all else. And, that’s what you can expect here. Integrity, honesty, and exemplary service. Not to mention they came out quicker than anyone else’s time frames. So many bonuses with this company it’s hard to list them all. We are VERY pleased and know exactly who to call should we need these services again.

So glad I contacted Hall's Heating and Cooling. Matt was very knowledgeable and gave me more information, and insight to what was going on in my home than any other HVAC company that bid on the job. This fished product was great and runs smooth and quite. He also blew in attic insulation.

Matt and his crew installed a mini split system in our master bedroom and what a difference! Our master was the hottest room in the house and we tried everything to cool it down in the summer. Screens, window tint, fans and nothing seemed to work. Now with this system our master is a cozy 68 degrees! It was one of the best investments and we can finally stay cool! Thanks Matt! Hall’s Heating and Air installed a new HVAC system in our home 3 years ago. We are pleased with the efficiency of the unit and the on going service we receive from this company. Matt Hall came personally to perform routine maintenance on my whole-house system. He was on time. He was neat. He recommended an improvement in our air filter. The maintenance agreement included a replacement filter at no additional cost. We have enjoyed this system for over a year, including a brutally hot summer. It has performed quietly and flawlessly.
