Halls was amazing. They fit me in when they had a cancellation and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately for me it meant a new unit being installed, but they answered all my questions so I could make the best possible decision. They also lent me a portable A/C unit that was so appreciated since this all happened during triple digit heat. Chris and Steve came out to complete the install of the new system and were courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even our dogs got on with them. I highly recommend Hall's Heating and Air.

Called them out to fix our A/C and after $400 we still didn’t have a working A/C and had to call another company. Matt called and was very helpful. The service guy who came has been let go so I will give them another chance in the future. I appreciate companies who make an effort to fix a bad situation.

After getting quotes for a new air conditioner and told we would have to wait over a month to install, we found Hall’s. Matt quoted a fair price, and was able to install in less than a week. Our new unit is quiet and efficient. We found Matt and his crew to be professional and dependable. We highly recommend them, and will always use Halls for our heating and air conditioning needs in the future.

Hall’s sent a tech out on a day of 105 degrees to get our a/c running again until our new unit gets installed. Really happy with the experience and will recommend them to anyone needing either a repair or new unit. Thanks Hall’s heating and air!!

Matt and his team were extremely helpful! I had to replace my AC this summer, during our heat wave, and Matt was not only able to get it done sooner than any other company, he was also one of the lowest bids I received. I would highly recommend Hall's if you are in need of any AC services.

but Halls gave exceptional customer service at a time when we needed it. We have had services done 3 times (w/ 3 different local companies) dispatched through a home warranty. Always ending in a poor, unresolved, result & a headache. Matt at Halls saved us in the hottest week of the year after our 2 year old AC quit cooling. Quick diagnosis & even quicker repair. His customer service was by far the best we've experienced locally. I can recommend Halls for a hassle/worry free service.

Hall's heating and Air was amazing to work with! They put a new unit HVAC along with new ducting, thermostat, and extra insulation. They work with a company that applies for the permit and rebates. All you have to do is answer your phone when they call. With more than one house to run, I am often overwhelmed with all that needs done. The house they did the work on has four young men living in it mostly independently. All but one are on the autistic spectrum. Changes and people they don't know are extremely stressful. Matt and his team made sure to meet and work with the boys, and all went smoothly. Normally I would arrange to be there but I already had vacation plans and was not going to be in town. I would highly recommend them.

Hall's Heating and Air Conditioning is a great local company. We sought a bid to replace our older/declining HVAC unit. Matt came over, took a look around and gave us a really competitive bid. We had cool air by 2pm the same day they started. Mike and Chris from Matt's crew were just as courteous as Matt. Hall's was recommended to me by a family member and I would continue to recommend them to other family members and our community.

Halls Heating and Air conditioning is the best I've ever experienced. They cane on time and were very professional and experienced. They were very neat and cleaned. The workers cleaned up behind themselves while and after doing the job. The job was suppose to take two days to replace all the duct work, new AC unit, and prepare the roof for the new unit. They did it in one day and we had air conditioning working that afternoon. I am thoroughly impressed with them and recommend them to everybody to use them. You won't be disappointed .
