Hall's Heating And Air Conditioning

Our office furnace went out on a Friday. I called Hall's they sent Patrick out who was super helpful and courtesy. After Patrick left they sent the owner Matt Hall out for an estimate to replace the old furnace and air conditioner. They put us on there schedule for the following Tuesday and did the job. While waiting they provided very nice portable heaters to keep us warm while we were without heat.

Matt and his team are the best! They are always polite, always on time and are very efficient! I have used them for years. They have installed a new hvac system, installed ducting and some new vents. They did a great job! They come out twice a year to service the unit. Thank you, Hall's heating!

We had a great experience this week with the team at Hall’s Heating and Air! Communication throughout was top notch. When they showed up, everyone was prompt, courteous and professional- that was all top notch too. They were very thorough with everything, so it made it an easy process. I don’t think anyone enjoys purchasing a new A/C unit, but these guys made it as pleasant as humanly possible.. and I didn’t even know that was possible. We’re very happy! I’d highly recommend them! Working with Hall's was a great experience. My decades old AC went out when it was 108 degrees and new tenants had just moved in. I contracted with Hall's and they gave me temporary coolers until we could get the new unit installed. Courtney, Matt and his team were honest and professional. They also gave me financing options. I would recommend them to anyone looking to repair or replace their systems.

Last week, our AC stopped working. I called Hall's and they attempted to troubleshoot some quick fixes. Turns out the motor was out, so they scheduled me to be seen on Monday. After a scorching 4 days in 100+ degree weather, we managed to survive with lots of fans and lots of cold showers. On Monday Matt showed up and quickly assessed the problem. Next morning the AC seemed to be putting our cooler air. We were happy to enjoy our cool house and we were happy Hall's showed up when they said they would! Thank you Hall's!!

Matt Hall has built an impressive team of knowledgeable, technically proficient and highly dedicated experts who know what they are doing. I’ve been working with Hall’s Heating & Air Conditioning for years and have yet to be disappointed. Matt demands perfection on every job, no matter how small. He has trained his team to adhere to set procedures that greatly help in diagnosing problems quickly and efficiently. When assessing a customer’s needs, he always provides a range of options to fit the budget. His prices are fair and reasonable. While Matt and his team are busy on the front end, his very able assistant, Courtney, is busy making appointments, taking calls and keeping the operation moving along smoothly. Halls Heating and Air Conditioning did an amazing job taking care of our air conditioning needs starting with a well explained quote and look at what we need to be fixed. Their crew was not very punctual and courteous while in our home and when they turned on the air the pressure was better than we've ever known it to be before. I would def recommend Halls Heating and Air to all my friends looking to replace or fix what they have in their existing home.

Don't you hate it when you make a big purchase and as soon as your cash is int he salesman's pocket the customer service evaporates away?! That has NOT been our experience with Hall's Heating and Air. It was a huge relief to find a straight talking sales person to give us a realistic breakdown of the costs and timing of the job. It was not part of "the plan" to replace our entire HVAC system this spring, but the people at Hall's made the process as painless as possible. We were even able to take comfort in knowing our utility rebate would be handled.
Fast forward six months when I turned on the heater for the first time and the motor sounded different. Worried that something was wrong, I shut it off and called Hall's. They were out right away to check the unit over and make sure everything was in good running order.
I wish we had called Hall's a few years ago instead of battling to keep our old heating and air system running because the comfort of a warm house in the winter and the relief of the cool air in the summer are only matched by the relief and comfort we got from working with everyone at Hall's!

As always happens it gets chilly and the furnace goes out. Called Hall's and that afternoon the boss and his young helper came to check it out. Told us he needed to order some parts and explained what was needed, take about 2 or 3 days. No problem we have other heat but the next day here he comes with part, climbed in there and fixed it. What can I say? Very fast repair, gave us great info on keeping it going, was here when he said he would be, nice looking service truck and clean, and a Veteran too. Thanks for the heat Matt, great job.
