Had a very nice experience with them. I have had some bad experiences with other companies in the past. Not with Circle N. Very knowledgeable. We have used them before and always will. We thought our compressor may be going out. Called John and he asked some questions. Tech came out next day within the second hour of their timeframe and replaced the hard start and cleaned out our system due to build up from ash, dirt etc... I would recommend them and have to anybody that needs experienced techs. Awesome company. Thank you!

This company is my hero. My AC would not come on. I called half a dozen companies and all were booked up for 2 to 3 weeks out. I called Circle N and the owner actually asked me quite a few questions, He practically diagnosed it over the phone. He had a tech out in Shingletown, but would come to me next. Mick was at my house by 11 and had in fixed in no time. This is now my go to company. Would highly recommend.

The motor in my heat pump decided to stop working when triple digits hit. Of course. I left a voice message and Mick called me back to schedule same day service.
The motor was replaced and the house is cool again. I am thankful I was recommended to Circle N.

John came out to give an estimate for a new a/c install. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell more than was needed. I let him know that I was getting other estimates and he was fine with that.
He has a lot of experience with my application, a modular home. In fact, his company name was on my thermostat in my 17 year old home.
He helped me reason on placement of the condenser, and the size of unit to install, and he listened to my queries.
Kevin and Jason installed the unit. They showed experience, competence, and work ethic. Start to finish took less than two hours.
We are very pleased with Circle N. It feels great to be comfortable in our house.

For the past 18 years we've been doing Renovations on our 1950s home. We have dealt with numerous contractors for various purposes and most have been less-than-stellar in both the areas of their expertise and in their customer service. The guys at Circle N were a huge exception! Their customer service is above and beyond! Their knowledge and expertise surpasses expectation. They do impeccable work in a more than timely manner, they answer any and all questions, and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I'm not an easy client, as my expectations are high. They more than exceeded those expectations. I would not use any other company in town! Thank you to John and crew!

Called them out after having "Gallagher's Plumbing Heating & AC" and feeling like Gallagher gave inaccurate info and outrageous bid. And my assumption was correct after Circle N came out they fixed the issue for 1/5 of what Gallagher quoted. The tech was more knowledgeable about system and how to maintain. I will be using only Circle N from now on, great value and strait up honest business.

Circle N installed our AC 10 yrs ago for the best price in town . 10 yrs later we just had our first problem, the fan on the unit froze up . We called Circle in at 7:15pm In the evening and left a message for help . Within 10 min. they called me back and made me an appointment the next morning before it got hot . John was over here when he said and made short work of solving our problem. Thank you very much John ! And thank you Circle N for 10 yrs of great customer service !

With the recent power outages due to PG&E our furnace quit working after the most recent snow storm here in Redding. I called and spoke to John and his customer service was excellent. Not only did my furnace not require a house call he walked me through how to reset my issue over the phone. Thank you sir we will continue to use your services whenever an issue arrives.

John and his staff are always on time and frugal, they do good work, and are totally honest. John has done some work for us at our office, the results have always been good. I'm impressed, and refer Circle-N every time.
