Circle N Heating & Air Conditioning

After purchasing a house that circle in had just replaced the hvac unit on, I found that they had installed a unit that was two tons smaller than what they had removed(removed 5 ton installed a 3 ton) I only found this out after 3-4 months of living in the home when summer hit and my house will not cool below 83 degree. I had taken pictures of the old unit when initially looking at the home Which is the only reason I know it was a 5 ton unit. After having numerous hvac contractors come out and check my system they (all 3) stated the unit was undersized and simply can’t keep up with the heat load. I tried working with circle in but they simply washed their hands of it stating the returns were sized for a 3 ton unit. I understand this business wanting to get the work of installing the ac unit on a home but installing the wrong size unit Simply for profit and to get the job done cheap for the seller is wrong and deceptive. Now I am stuck with a home that doesn’t cool with an ac unit that is the wrong size. I will be installing a new unit and using a Quality business to fix my issue if they would do this to me I would not trust them, ethics and morals are extremely important in business and this business does not have them

Usually I have had good service, but today, they sent new guys, three hours late, no call , and left my thermostat askew as to normal settings. Don't think I will use in future.

They got us fixed up quick in the dead of summer, I would definitely recommend and have.
