My AC went out and Chris from Redding Comfort heating and air came out and replaced my AC motor and serviced everything the same day! Everything is running amazing!!! I can’t thank them enough!!!
I originally gave this business 1 star, because my home warranty company was very confusing as to what actually happened with my unit. After my realtor got it sorted out with National Fidelity (re-think going through them if you've contemplated it) I learned that the problem was not with this company. While the communication may not have been as often as I would have liked, seeing as how we just came from 8 years military and communication is a daily thing, John definitely knows what he's talking about and if it hadn't been for him we may have died. This business gets 5 stars from me. I definitely recommend.
Can't say enough good things about this company. I called at 8 am this morning, left a message, and was called back by a very friendly person, Jennifer was her name. She sent someone by a few hours later. The serviceman was friendly and very focused. By noon, it was well over 100 degrees outside, and who know how hot it was on the roof. He ran into some unforeseen problems, but spent 4 hour working them out. He told me the price before he started the work, and the price never changed, even with the unforeseen problem. Thank you and I will refer my friend to you! -John
Worst company. Called in mid July, guy comes out and doesn't even look at our unit. Tells us the problem is that we have to change the filters more frequently and then he takes off. Three weeks later our unit goes out completely and he comes back out but cannot figure out the problem. Says he will send out his lead tech but we don't hear anything back. I call every hour from the time they open (and leave messages) with no answer or response until 3:00pm. They want to set up an appointment for Friday. But that doesn't work for me because like I've told them before IM 39 WEEKS PREGNANT and it's 110° outside. So they say they'll send someone out between 4:00-5:00. They guy shows up early and since we aren't home (trying to stay cool elsewhere), he leaves! Says he will be back in the morning but doesn't show. Now we're waiting on a part (even though no one has gone up to see the unit since the guy who couldn't figure it out was here). We have no eta on the part and no appointment to get it fixed. Oh and did I mention I'm now almost 40 weeks pregnant? No one seems to care or seems to try to get it figured out any sooner. I understand it's a busy time of year but this is unacceptable. I can't even get someone to answer the phone or call me back.
I had to let-go of the first local company I called because they came a half-dozen times and fixed nothing on my heating unit. After waking several mornings with my house temps in the low fifties, I called RCH&A, they got here the next day, and though the tech made a few return trips, he was sure to be a good listener, methodical and aware of my desire to save money on unnecessary work/parts. After replacing a few 15-year-old parts, I've gotten another 5 years out of my aging heater. Thanks to the office gal that answers phones (Pam?), she is also a good listener and is now helping me get the air conditioner squared away... kepping my fingers crossed!
Worst company ever! We had them come out to fix our AC and the guy sprayed our unit down with water and said it was fixed and left. Guess what! Wasnt fixed! So we called again to have them come back out. Took a week and a half and the guy never even showed up for the appt. We ha e called several times and emailed them and even went by there and no one was there even tho it said they were open at the time. 2 weeks without AC now and the other morning we woke up to a leak in our ceiling cause the condensing unit is shot and now we hav e to replace our whole ceiling. The guy wpuld of known it was broken if we would of bothered to actually check the uniy which he didn't. And they still wont answer there phones or emails. We have 2 kids and cats and a dog and the heat is making my kids sick as well as my animals. I would NoT reccomend this company to anyone.
I received EXCEPTIONAL service from Redding Comfort H & A. In the midst of the 110-113 degree heat wave, one of our AC units was blowing warm air. I called and talked to Jennifer at Redding Comfort, and even though they were slammed with calls, she managed to get a tech to me. Their Lead Tech, Jeremy, did an OUTSTANDING job of troubleshooting the system and identifying the complicated problems. He located a leak and fixed it. He thoroughly checked every aspect of the system, including the electrical, compressor, airflow and all of the refrigerant flow, pressures and levels. He also identified problems with the initial installation of the system. He's a true professional and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the HVAC system. Our system is old and probably needs to be replaced but Jeremy's focus was on fixing our system and making if more efficient, not selling us on a new unit. This was EXCELLENT, professional service. I can't say enough. If you have HVAC problems, these are the people to call.
I’m reviewing for an elderly person, Wayne Zachow. To say he was not impressed by the quality of work or the customer service is a huge understatement. These people tried to take advantage of him and got caught in the act with no remorse or attempt to rectify the situation. Don’t waste your money!
They came to my home the next day. I just had another company tell me I needed a whole new system. Redding Comfort repaired it and gave me a one year warranty on the repair
