Matt is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It wasn't cheap, but quality never is. I started out looking for a Volkswagen, but Matt successfully sold me a BMW (Bosch) system and we're happy that he did. Once he explained the logic, I was sold. My AC is using only half as much electricity now and our house is more consistantly cool. Very responsive organization, delivered and installed on time and as promised.

Overall I was disappointed with the service from Halls Heating and Air. Although I did appreciate that they had a service member available right away after they had a cancellation the day I called, I found the service to be lacking.

Their technician came out and gave me a quote for $2000 to replace the capacitor and fan motor but stated that due to the age of the system it may not work at all and I would be out the 2k and should just replace the system entirely for the low low price of 18k. That's the cheaper model mind you, and if I want an energy efficient system it would be closer to 23k.

Seeing as how it was 92 degrees in my house and I have young children, I asked if there was anything he could do for us today to try and get the unit working again. He stated that there was nothing he could do until he ordered all the parts and he wasn't even sure when they would come in.

He did offer 3 portable AC units on loan, if I signed a contract with them that day and paid a $5,000 deposit until they could replace the whole system at a later date.

I declined to sign the contract on the spot and proceeded to order my own capacitor online and ran to Costco and bought a portable AC unit of my own to cool a room off for the family (thankfully they were on sale). A day later the capacitor arrived and after just a few minutes I had it swapped out and the air was on and the house was cooling.

I find it hard to believe that the service technician couldn't have tried that for me at my own expense the day I called him out. Sadly, I'm sure he and his company have sold many 18k - 23k systems to those in need when perhaps a $17.00 capacitor shipped right to their door may have saved them for another year or two. Everyone should be given the "bandaid" option to get them out of the heat right away while they decide on the right course to pursue going forward.

Hall's Heating And Air did a great job from start to finish! Matt the owner, is a very professional business owner. From speaking with Courtney the office gal who was very friendly, all the way through his employees, Chris, and Steve, I believe were their names. They were on time, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. Any questions I had they answered them to my satisfaction. Very satisfied and Matt gave me a great deal! Other companies wanted to charge $3,500 plus over what he charged me. So do yourself a favor and Call Hall's. Thanks for the great service!

Matt, Chris and Courtney are the heart of Hall's excellent service. They helped me replace my 25 year-old HVAC system with a new, energy efficient one. The work was priced fairly and performed promptly. They even helped me get a rebate from REU. When I had a problem with the heater at the start of this past winter, Matt diagnosed it quickly and the repair was covered by the system's warranty. It's great to deal with a local company that's so professional and courteous.

All I can say is WOW! This is some of the best customer service that we have ever received. From the very beginning when Matt walked through our door to the last interaction with Chris and Steve picking up the last of their boxes the service has been stellar. Matt (the owner, yes he was there checking in on us the whole process) presented us with options for units. His no pressure approach and passion about his work are what sold us on purchasing our new high efficiency HVAC unit from him. Courtney was always welcoming on the phone, keeping us up to date on the process and the in house permit filing and rebate assistance from Telly at Permit Pullers was beyond expectations. Chris and Steve arrived on time (which is huge for me, since I work from home) and were respectful while they were in our home. Although they had work to do they were communicative in where they were at in every step of this process. They left the floors cleaner than they found them (lol) and were just an overall joy to have. I am sure we will see them in the future since our unit comes with a 10 year service warranty from them. Hall's Heating and Air Conditioning is about quality from beginning to end. If you want quality, this is the company for you to hire.

Well they say you get what you paid for and with Hall's you get the best!! They replaced 2 of my broken units with 1 better unit, installed all new ducts and insulation. Matt runs a smooth running, efficient business. Matt is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of heating and air. They show up exactly when they say they will, to the minute. They send you a text to let you know they are on their way. The boys are great. They work hard and they are so nice to work with. They clean everything up when they are done. I am extremely happy with everything they did and highly recommend them.

Great crew, Chris and Steve worked all day with no letup. Arrived each morning on time and always cleaned up after themselves. All facets of the job were explained to us and the job was finished within the expected time frame. The owner, Matthew Hall, was easy to contact and always responsive to our questions and concerns. I left a message at Hall’s Heating & Air, got a call back in 15 minutes, and scheduled an appointment for the same day. My AC fan was not working. Patrick diagnosed that the problem was the motor and gave several options. I chose to repair the motor by replacing a part rather than replacing the whole system, which he told me was a challenging system to replace. I had cool air within 6-7 hours of placing the initial call. It’s nice to have same day service when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

AWESOME COMPANY ! The employees and Owner are Great and do the Job well done with respect and efficiency. Will use them again and recommend them to others. Price was reasonable job was done in a reasonable amount of time. Clean up after job was done with efficiency no debris was left after the job . Matt ,Steve ,Courtney and many other employees of this company I enjoyed working with on this job. They made a stressful situation much more easier for me and my family.
