Hall's Heating And Air Conditioning

Got very cold and our furnace stopped working. A neighbor recommended Hall's Heating and Air Conitioning so I called Hall's. They came out to our house that morning and got our furnace working again. The technician was very courteous and professional. He explained what part needed to be replaced and answered my questions. I am passing along this highest recommendation to those of you who are searching for repair and service on your heating and air conditioning unit. Thank you Hall's Heating and Air Conditioning!

I guess I was not as lucky to get great customer service as others. I called into the store twice with no answer and left a message with my number to call back... 3 days later, no call still, so I messaged their facebook. It said they read my message, but no reply.

I was intending to purchase a mini-split heating and air unit for my wifes office, as well as inquire about getting a completely new system for our house.

While I would have preferred this large purchase to go to a local company, since no one answered their phones or responded to me, my nearly 3000 dollar purchase went to a business in Kentucky who will have my systems here next week.

Not a good first impression for me and was disappointed after reading the other great reviews.

Matt reached out to me and is checking into his phone system as to why I did not get a call back. I appreciate him taking the time looking into the matter. Their was an error with his facebook app and I showed him what time we called in, so they are going to investigate what went wrong and why I didn't hear from anyone. I appreciate his communication

Matt and his team really pulled through for us. It was two days from Christmas and our heat went out! Our home warrenty company had Halls heating and air come out. They were here the same day! Amazing service!

Excellent, honest, and timely service. 110 outside and the air was fixed the same day. Matt stayed until 10 PM on a Friday night to make sure the job was done right. Thank you! Would highly recommend Hall's Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone and everyone.
