We had an unusual problem to diagnose. The technician visited our home 7 consecutive business days to pinpoint the problem. Ultimately the problem was solved, and the price was fair. It seems to me that this is best one can hope for.

My new husband and I went through the arduous task of interviewing 5 Heating and Air Conditioning Companies before making the decision as to who was going to get our business. A colleague of my husband said before you make a decision contact Matt at Halls Heating and Air. We are very glad we did. Matt was extremely thorough with his initial inspection and assessment of what we needed for our size home, he gave us options to help us determine the best unit for our home based on our budget, then seamlessly coordinated permits, installation, and final inspection by the building inspector. We are over the moon with the HVAC system we have and how incredibly efficient it is. I would recommend Matt and his staff to anyone. There were never any surprises and I feel like we got even more than we were hoping for. Thank you Matt and the staff at Halls Heating and Air! I will be referring you to everyone I can!

Hall's installed a HVAC unit and new ducting in my home. Matt was very helpful and went over every step of the work. Tim and the rest of the crew were the best. They were very hard workers and very respectful, were on time every day and worked until late in the evening. I highly recommend Hall's.

Matt is awesome...as well as his workers! They came when they said they would (always on time), they did what they said they would and answered any questions we had. We got a split system .. our old 5 ton wasn’t enough for the size of our house. Matt suggested a 5 ton also, BUT a zoned system where the back of the house can be warmer and the front of the house can be cooler. The system is very quiet too! New ducting and insulation with the new system should save us tons of money on energy! I highly recommend Halls! They really care and do get back to you in a timely manner. Ok, I can’t say enough, Good Job Halls!

I had my new AC unit installed by Hall's Heating & Air and it was a good experience. I also have signed up for the annual maintenance of my system and they have followed up with bi annual calls and service. They are great with follow through and when the technician is on the way they call/follow up so I'm not waiting. During the last service they recommended that I use different filters for my AC and I appreciate their thoroughness!

Hall's Heating and Air is awesome! Matt and his crew are responsive and skilled at solving problems with heating and cooling issues. They are always on time with scheduling our semi-annual maintenance and arrive within the window of time provided when scheduled.

Had a brand new out of the box HVAC unit installed by Matt and his crew. Matt is awesome, great personality, truthful, runs one hell of a crew, and what a crew they are! Installed in the heat of summer and thanked me for being a customer, really stand up bunch of guys. Everyone had a smile on their face and you could really tell they loved there job despite the heat. At one point there was an army of guys running around getting as much done as possible to get us our AC back up and running! Install was fast and painless and Matt even came back to make sure it was up to his standards of quality, and when it wasn't he had them come back to fix it to make it right. Why the 3 stars? This winter if it got below 30 degrees the heater simply didn't work. Called and had someone come out to take a look, but by that point it was over 30 outside and working just fine. Thinking it was the thermostat, I replaced it form the Nest to just a simple 7 day Honeywell and still nothing. Then I tried the one that Matt and his guys had, installed the Pro thermostat and still when the outside temp reached below 30 degrees me and my poor wife froze in the mornings until it warmed up. Couldn't get anyone to come out before the weather warmed up above 30, even after explaining the situation and trying to troubleshoot it. Guess after payment is made for services and you have money in hand customer service is out the window. Still isn't fixed with spring coming so I guess we will have to try next winter when the temp drops and call someone who can make it early enough that wants our business to make things right.

They did great work for me and i highly recommend. Patrick was our tech and he was very professional, also polite and straight forward. MUCH APPRECIATED!

We received prompt service from Robert. Courtney was very pleasant on the phone. I really liked the email and text message to let us know the when they were on their way to service our home. Especially when we work and we do not have to "wait around". Highly recommend Hall's Heating and would call them again when i need Heating & A/C service!

Hall's Heating and Air Conditioning has been our a/c and heating expert for several years.
