We had a minor problem with our plumbing. NexGen was super friendly, professional and helped us learn how to prevent this same issue from happening again. Alfonso wad very time efficient and communicated very well about arrival time, issue and conclusion.

Aaron was very friendly, communicative and informative with his findings. He did well in explaining the problem with my system in a way I understood. Although he quoted a price as a smidge more than a competitor, I’m leaning towards using Nexgen to replace my condenser.

The only thing the tech wanted to do is replace the unit with a 10k plus unit. He was at best a terrible salesman. I found a competent company to replace the $28 dollar relay and the 8 year old unit is working perfectly.
Beware these guys are not service techs they are only salesmen who want to sell you a brand new unit.
Never will I call these shisters again!!

NexGen was such a great service. Not only did they offer a free first visit to check out our plumbing issue, the technician called in while he was here and brought in an hvac technician to service our a/c and change the filter for free. We will definitely call on them for our future hvac and plumbing needs. Everyone from the phone specialists to the technicians was so nice and professional and it really felt like they all had our best interests in mind the whole time.

Jonathan was really professional when he did diagnosed my water leak problem on my air conditioning & gave me a straightforward solutions. David was really good on explaining my options & on how to go on my financing. We all agreed on the solution & work will start on Friday. I’ll give an update once the work is completed.

So far I got a quote for replacing my two rooftop heat pumps. Chris was a great person to talk to about the system. No high pressure sales tactics, a strategy that many others use. I am still getting a couple of quotes just for comparison, but nexgen will be hard to beat.

Michael was Great. On time explained everything. Prepared me for the next service since this is a brand new unit. Also informed me about having a different filter that is yearly and how to purchase them at a discount rate if needed.

Very professional. Responsive. Arrived perfectly on time. Diagnosed plumbing issue quickly. Having used other companies in the past on different issues, I was very impressed. I will be using Nexgen again and gladly recommend them.
