Felipe was great! It was our first time using Nexgen as we decided to have an AC/Heat tune up before the summer. We couldn’t have asked for a better technician!

Had a great experience with NexGen. Isaiah (technician) contacted me before arriving with an ETA and arrived on time. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He checked the whole system and made some recommendations on things to make the system better. Even after making the suggestions he at no point was pushy. He took the time to explain what he did and sent many pictures that he took during the service.

I will definitely use them again for service.

I had called NextGen to come and finish the work they did on a new furnace install. I can’t get the city to approve the work until this work is complete. We had to contact NextGen to look at this. Apparently they merely came to look at the A/C unit. Then they recommended more things to be done, even though they were the ones who installed all the equipment. Why wouldn’t they recommend this when they first installed the equipment??

I would highly recommend NexGen HVAC. Patrick H arrived early and gave an honest diagnosis. Essentially my gas furnace needed a good cleaning. He cleaned my air exchanger and said the visit was on the house for first time customers. That’s a rare find, a customer centric business. I will definitely call NexGen for all my HVAC needs. Got my Ac and furnace replaced process was quick and easy. Guys came out the next day and installed my whole system and had nice cold air running again through my house. great quality work and sales team as well professional also very informative with the different packages they offer. Casey was great called ahead and told me he would be at my home at 3pm this was at 2pm. He was exactly on time!! He explained what was going on with my drainage issue. Also My options etc. Good guy!

Christian was amazing, my only complaint would be that they were about an hour late. But other than that, the service was incredible and he was professional and knowledgeable. He was a cool dude that educated while working which is nice for me because I’m always curious about what going on with my house. I appreciate his work and overall vibe. Top notch service for sure.
