Very professional and friendly tech. Thorough inspection completed and explanations provided for everything that was found/recommended. Honest with me about all services and questions were answered with honest recommendations. Never felt pushed to do any services but encouraged to do so when it would be efficient. Would absolutely use their services again.

Well everything was going great until code enforcement came by and shut them down for no permit after about 3 hours! Even though the supervisor that came by the day before to give me his sales pitch told me 3 times that they would pull permits in the morning! So now I have to reschedule for another day and take another day off work!
The code enforcement officer came by my house again on Thursday to talk to me about this.
He told me Nexgen had an expired license! What the heck?
It's 4 days later. No word from Nexgen.
Then I saw on my camera that they came by unannounced at 8AM today (Friday). No ones home guys!
You need to call or text and reschedule, that's the way it's done. Don't expect me to be here waiting for you, I do have a job!!
For a big company, your not making any new customers pulling these rookie moves!
I hope I get some sort of compensation for the trouble you put me through!
Today, Saturday, I just received a $750 fine in the mail from the city . Thanks nexgen! 😤

I submitted a request for service online and was specific about sending someone at 6pm to look at our clogged drain. Jesse V. called us within 2 hours and said he would be there at 6pm, and he even arrived early! He investigated the issue and quickly found the solution. Reviewed our options and pricing, and once we made a decision he went right to work. Jesse worked quickly, cleanly and respectfully. He represented NextGen as a true pro and we know who to call next time we have any issues! Best experience with a technician and company in years!

We have a 30 year old A/C and furnace. We also have 110 degree summers and 45 degree winters. Tech Martin came out and checked everything thoroughly then gave us realistic options from cleaning to full replacement and everything in between. We decided to replace. Martin called Jeff and then stayed with us through the same-day quote process. Jeff worked really hard for us and listened to what we needed. Ultimately, he got to a quote that seemed reasonable and we signed our contract that day. Unfortunately, life got in the way and we couldn't proceed with the install scheduled for the next morning. I reached out right away and Jeff was able to cancel our contract with no hassle. He even followed up to make sure he'd done all he could to help us. Next, Beatriz took care to be sure our contract and financing was taken care of. Every person was top notch professional. Even though we weren't able to follow through with our install, NexGen was great and I'd comfortably recommend them to prospective customers. Martin and Jeff were especially patient and helpful.

I have a design issue under my home where other’s companies ran flex lines where they weren’t needed, and let them lay on the ground.

I just took care of the rodent issues and they ate through the unneeded flex lines.

Hopefully NexGen gives me a good quote to eliminate the unneeded flex lines and to patch and insulate the metal work that was originally tapped into.

So far I am very impressed with their level of professionalism and apparently being honest, and not all about the money $$$$$.

Called NexGen to request an HVAC tuneup to get ready for summer and I was able to get a tech to come out the next morning. The representative on the phone was very helpful with taking down my information. Our tech, Manny, was on time and he wore shoe booties inside the house without us asking. Talk about respectful and professional.
Manny was able to get our service done in 90 minutes and recommendations on how to keep our system in tiptop shape.

I would highly recommend Nexgen for any service/ repair/ or installation needs without reservation. My service tech Roger, provided a courtesy call with his ETA and arrived on time. Roger was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and provided helpful tips. Great business. Thank you again.

Our tech Julio, was really nice and knowledgeable, however I feel like they should detail what they are charging before having us sign, he kept scrolling down to consents and I never saw what we were billed for and when I asked he said it was to replace the pressure valve. Seemed a bit high but he knew what he was talking about however, If we’re being honest, I probably would have gone with our a second option if I had seen it would be $600 to flip a switch to turn the water to the house off.

As I said he was really nice and did a great job, for the future we know that they need to not scroll past everything and show us what we are being charged for

On time, professional and courteous service from Dominick. Had our water heater maintenance done for the first time, took advantage of the $88 special. Dominick was on time, discussed the service with me first and then got to work. Done in about 45 minutes and he updated me before he left. We will continue to use Nexgen for all our HVAC and plumbing needs.

Plumbers arrived early and were knowledgeable and reasonable with their repairs. I called for help around 9 a.m. and they arrived around 12. That was exceptionally quick. I recommend their services.
