I requested service to clear my drain backed up from my toilet. They came out to my home and cleared the main line in the front of my house to the street. I asked the Technician to go the other way since I believed the issue was between my clean out and my toilet. He said he could not.
one week later my toilet was backed up again I called no one to complain to no number to call for issues or resolution. I went to Home Depot rented my own snake cleared my own line.
If you decide to use this company, make sure they give you information on warranty and who to call in the event you’re not satisfied do not call the main number you will get no response if you’re an unsatisfied customer.

We woke up this morning to find our water heater had burst sometime overnight causing water to flow through our garage. Our home warranty company’s recommended contractor couldn’t schedule us for 5 days. I called NexGen in hopes of just getting someone out to turn the water off to the water heater. Our technician, Raymond was able to do that, plus assess/explain the damage and provide options for us to consider, including a stop-gap option that would work until our warranty contractor could come out. We opted to replace the tank and the install team was able to come out same day to get everything replaced and running. Great service all around, everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable & personable. I’m definitely going to call NexGen the next time we have a plumbing issue!

Anthony H. Was great to work with. He gave us all the options for the work and then let us decide how to,proceed, no pressure treatment like I have had from other companies.
We ended up not doing any work at this time due to budget constraints but when ready we will definitely be calling NexGen and Anthony H.

First I have to say I was not happy or impressed with their business model services. Because after purchasing one of their High End $$$$$ Air and Heating products right before the COVID 19 pandemic 😷. I called to get on of those $88 dollars summer time service check ups.
However, I kept getting the runaround and no response. So I let it side last summer. That was that.

Fast forward to today😉😀. I called two days ago to set up an appointment Date nTime. 2 days later Wow 🤩 what a totally difference experience in every aspect of this company’s professional customer service from Start to Finish. The technician that responded was so amazing and helpful I ended up becoming a yearly paid customer for all of my plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning issues. 👏👌. 👍

Wow, one of the best sales person I have ever seen. He was informed thorough and you had to articulate his ideas. I would recommend him as a sales person anytime. Give me all the information I needed to make the right decision..

Trenton was very thorough and professional. He explained everything he was doing and made sound recommendations on how to better use our air conditioning system. I would definitely ask for him again.

My kitchen sink was backing up and my guest shower was clogged with hair. I called and Casey was out in about an hour!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly! I was very happy with the service and will definitely be calling NexGen in the future and referring them to friends.

I previously wrote a review about NEXGEN H n P, upon them seeing my review, they responded immediately to address my complaint. Apparently there was a miscommunication btw their technician and myself regard an over charge for service and parts.
A full refund for service was received the other day!
