I did not accept your outrages bid. I had the job completed for less tan 1/3 of the bid you gave. I will never call your services in the future.

I recently had my whole water pipes replaced in my mobile home, I've done business with this company before they put an air conditioning system in and those prices were absolutely fair, However I called three places does the plumbing repairs like replacing all the pipes, Including water heater and it ran from 6000 to $8000. I was charged over $16000. I did sign the contract so I'm screwed but I'm very unhappy that they overcharge mean also they cut into some panels and I had. To ask them to repair they gotta easily put in. These little panels that you can open up which is probably 8 or $15. A piece which is an access panel but I was completely overcharged and I'm not happy about it. That's the only complaint that I have about this company, They didn't have to cut into the walls they discovered placed. Whatever was I know understand that sometimes? You have to cut through but they didn't even want to do that. I handed the man or asked nicely for them to repair it but sixteen thousand dollars and change was too much money, Sincerely Steve TI feel like I've been screwed. I should have called a regular plumbing company that dealt with mobile homes and I wouldn't have paid such an absorber than price. I don't care if they say they got a twenty five year guarantee asked that

Joseph was my technician. He was very helpful. He checked my AC and did a tune-up. I have used Nexgen for a few years and am pleased with the quality of service.

Mike a came out and took a look at my heater because it wasn't working. We realized that the gas company flagged the system. Micheal gave me some recommendations and did a great job

The technicians are nice but either they don't know what they are doing or they just made thing up in order to make money off of me. I have another company came out for an estimate. It took them 10 minutes to resolve my AC issue. It's only cost me $60 verse Nexgen going to charge me $1,700.

Enjoyable experience! Technician was professional, pleasant, and honest. We also were given great information concerning our equipment. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Roger came out to do some routine maintenance on our 14 year old furnace. He was super knowledgeable and educated us on the things that need to be replaced soon as well as tips to keep everything working properly for longer. There was no pressure to do anything else at the time. But, when something does need to be repaired I trust him to do it the right way.

Cesar De La Rosa was great, he came in within 30 minutes after my call to their company. He discussed the details of what he’s planning to do. Offered options when snaking my clogged kitchen sewer did not work. At the end he was able to fix the problem. Great guy.
