Dominic came out to inspect/diagnose my water heater and provided me with great options. He will be returning on Monday to replace my entire tank system. I am so far very pleased with his/the companies customer service and professionalism.

Josh came to service a drain clean out. He was on time, personable and knowledgeable of the issue I was having. He solved the issue in a timely manner and offered preventative maintenence recommendations. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything, which was nice . I would highly recommend Nexgen for any plumbing issues. I will definitely call on them again.

Our drain stopped draining and we went into anxiety mode. The first plumber I called couldn't come till the next day but Nexgen had an awesome tech at our house even earlier than they estimated. Larry was very, very helpful and helped me feel a lot better about things by taking the time to answer my questions and explaining what he was doing.

When we got the drainage taken care of, Tommy came over with the camera so we could actually see what the issue was (and the condition of the rest of the line). He also spent lots of time answering my questions.

Patrick Cordova from the the Nexgen Anaheim office did our HVAC maintenance and I couldn’t be happier. He arrived right on time and was friendly and oh so clean! He put booties on every time he entered my home and had a brand new ladder so no worries about my floors. Patrick had excellent communication skills. It was easy to understand his findings, but he in no way “talked down” to me. He was very upfront and pressure free. Will request him again next time.

Poor communication they didn’t call the morning of my appointment then there was a difference of opinion weather or not the filter was to be included(the Home Depot rep. said it was) they agreed to include it then I was given a manager who offered to do the service for free but when the technician did the job he said the filter wouldn’t be included. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly and didn’t hesitate to answer all of my questions. At the end of the day I’m uncertain, whether or not, I would use them again.

Adrian was amazing with the service call. I’ve been a long time customer of Next Gen and will continue.

Jose was very professional and guided us throughout the whole AC maintenance process explaining how it works and the price for each part used. He was very supportive and he even went to home depot to buy the air filters for our system. Overall great service and very user friendly explanations.

The receptionist was kind when I called. They were able to send a technician out the same day. Art(the technician) called to see if arriving early was an option and it was. Art listened attentivly to me as I explained what was going on. He then proceeded to inspect the AC unit. He was very honest in explaining what was wrong and showed me the pictures he took so I could see the issue for myself. He explained what needed to be done to fix the issue and showed me how much the parts would cost. He was not pushing a new unit on me, even though I could tell I needed one. At the time I decided to hold off on repair and to save up for a new unit. I will definitely keep them in mind when I am ready to get a new unit.

NexGen is the best! Their service is top notch, thorough and very responsive. David, our tech, was helpful and even researched a possible issue with the size of our unit. He went above and beyond to double check, get more photos, and reviewed it all with his boss. Thankfully it all worked out and no need for any fixes. When he mentioned the possible issue, I thought maybe an upsell might happen. Thankfully he was just looking out for what's best for me! I was blown away with his care and concern. So impressed and highly recommend NexGen.
