    Jesse from NexGen arrived promptly today to do an initial inspection for our main sewage line that needed some attention. He was very knowledgeable of what he was looking for and provided us with an assessment that made sense for our situation. After a couple of other plumbers came out, this solution came out to be most cost effective one as well as the least invasive option too! We're looking forward to solve our plumbing issue with NexGen.

    They responded to my call immediately and a friendly service agent called me back within minutes. I scheduled a technician to come the same day. The technician was able to resolve the issue and explained the problem and how it was resolved. He also explained some issues that might come up in the future based on how the water heater had been (poorly) installed. Cesar was the technician and he was great.

    The installation is tomorrow but wanted to give a review simply based on professionalism, I’ve had NexGen out at my condo 3 different times and all of their technicians are respectful and friendly, and take the time to explain all the options and charges and financing. Their ordering system and communication are top notch and that alone puts my mind at ease. Also, they wore booties in my house which is a huge plus for someone as obsessive about their floors as I am!

    I had them come out for a tune up and inspection on my ac system. The guy was very nice, and at the end he gave me the estimate for what they said needed to be repaired/replaced(4000$) worth of repairs. Called out TWO other companies, both told me to get my money back because a tune up was not done at all, and both the other companies agree none of the things listed actually need to be replaced. In fact my ac unit is coming up on retirement in the next couple years. I almost spent 4K on something that would need a 12k replacement in a year or two. So happy I found the other companies. And glad I didn’t pay up when nexgen wanted me to. Pretty upset I have to pay someone to actually do a tune up still

    Adrian was awesome. My drain was draining slowly. Adrian asked many questions and carefully planned out how to address my delicate pipes. The pipes in my slab are 60 years old. Adrian heard my concerns and educated me on new technologies... recoating the pipes and/or lining my pipes with a liner. I will share this information with my husband. Thank you NexGen team, for being so kind and professional with this whole process.

    These folk bought out Comfort Advisors who installed my system in 2016. They treated me as if I was their long term customer. Couldn't be happier. Had a system alert on my outside unit and Roger Cuadra went above and beyond tracking the problem down. After a couple of hours of fruitless problem solving, he found a broken low voltage wire. Bingo. Fixed. Never gave up even though my system is complicated. Happy these folk are my new A/C company.
