Elias and Anthony from the Anaheim office are stellar, they did the detail work remodeling 2 baths. Smart, fast, honest, and most importantly customer-focused. When something minor was off they noticed (!) and then fixed it (!!) when it would have been easy to let slide.

The rest of the crew was great too, redid the water and gas lines for the whole 3b/2b in like a week!

Nexgen in general you get what you pay for: work done correctly, with permits. Will call again.

Justin Leishman our technician was great. Took time to inspect everything and explained everything simply and thoroughly. They have lots of options to fit your needs and budget and very flexible to work with you

Mike A. is a breath of fresh air! If you're looking for an HVAC tech who knows what he's doing, he is your guy. His professionalism and attention to detail are excellent.

1. HVAC: Martin Rodriguez was very thorough and patient. He has a lot of experience and has great management skills as well as knows the HVAC system well. He spent much time making sure my issues and questions were taken care of. He diagnosed with the utmost care and was able to explain the issues and solutions. I appreciate all he did to satisfy my wife and I questions and fix the problems and maintain all needed. I rarely meet a worker so caring. Despite some of the time actually needed for the HVAC issues, he went above and beyond satisfying all the checks we asked of him. It was comforting. The extra costs are worth it!

2. Plumbing: Kevin Richardson: Courteous and patient and extremely knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and flushed out my tankless water heater, and cleaned the screen. However, the company and company’s website says they will also check all the pipes and plumbing for any leaks but the rep stated this is not possible and they did not carry any moisture sensor device to even see if there are possible leaks anywhere. Nonetheless at least my water heater was serviced for the standard maintenance and took his time to do so and with care!

Alex Garcia was outstanding. He took pictures & explained everything step by step. He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable & patient. I felt safe to trust his recommendation because he never pushed to sale & gave me options that fit into my budget. I’m a disabled senior & I felt like my nephew came to help me. I HIGHLY recommend this company & hope you have the pleasure of having Alex as your representative. And please NexGen, give Alex that tool that he’s hoping to win, he truly deserves it. I wish that i could give it to him!!!

Ryan and Jesus came to my house 6/15/23. I called NexGen this morning and these gentlemen showed up about 2 hours later. They were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Plus, they solved my AC issue.

Needed a garbage disposal replaced and Nexgen sent Julio as their tech representative. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Replacement was done quickly and correctly. Although the estimate was higher than expected Julio was a great and personable representative. Our only concern was wanting a more detailed and itemized bill from Nexgen explaining the final bill. Not really a Julio issue but a home office responsibility! If given the opportunity ask for Julio, you won’t be disappointed.

Dustin Intarachot was our technician and he was extremely helpful and professional! Gave us a lot of good information on our system while cleaning our HVAC system. Highly recommend and thank you to Home Depot for the appointment

Andrew came out to repair our outdoor faucet system. He was very professional and made sure I understood the issues and repair throughout the process. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and gave me great confidence in the work he did. He was very personable and would definitely ask for him if I needed any plumbing help.

I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get someone to come out within an hour. Our service technician Tony was awesome! Not only did he fix our garbage disposal in 2 minutes, he also checked our water heater and tested the quality of our water. He took the time to explain the difference a water filtration system would make and he gave us a quote to look over. He delivered 5 star service and I’d definitely recommend NexGen to anyone.
