Took advantage of the $88 HVAC tuneup to have them inspect my parent’s unit before the weather gets hotter. Technician Carlos was very knowledgeable and proceeded to tell me what he was going to do and notify me if he came across anything by hat I should be aware of. Unfortunately, since my parents haven’t stayed in top of preventative maintenance and unit being over 10 years old, he discovered issues. I had Carlos take care of some of them and defray another since cost was a factor but he was able to get the unit blowing air that was colder than I felt last month. If there was a con to my experience it was the cost for the repairs, but these are the times we live in. All in all, I had a positive experience and service provided was excellent.

Isaiah arrived on time, introduced himself; asked what were my need and or concerns prior to beginning his equipment/system inspection. He was thorough and detailed when explaining what he found along with recommendations. Isaiah was professionally start to finish. I recommend Isaiah highly to any and all my family and associates.

Aaron was on time, polite, and explained everything with great detail. The plumbing issue was bigger than expected so more work to be done, I am confident the team will take care of everything and fix the issue. So far I would recommend to friends and family.

One of the rooms was not getting enough air flow. The same day i called in to make an appointment, i had a crew working on the problem a couple hours later. They identified what the issue was, placed order for parts, the crew came in, fix the issue, they cleaned up after they were finished and were gone. I am very content and satisfied how quickly and professionally everything was handled. Kudos guys....

Nexgen has always had great service Robert S. Was professional and quite informative about our system we had a new complete AC and furnace installed about 3 years ago and it has been working great but every once in a while you need to clean your coils on your AC and replace your filter, its like your vacuum cleaner if the bags full you won't clean your carpet, or cool or heat your home very well. So if it's been awhile call before it gets hot and brakes down. Ask for Robbie S to do your service.

Trenton is a great guy. He explained everything and showed me all the readings he got off my unit. He also explained the necessity for proper maintenance and where we have not paid enough attention. Very satisfied.

Alex from Nexgen came out to my house for an annual check up. This was my first time using them for this service. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He pointed out issues with my HVAC system that has components that are over 20 years old. I have scheduled a follow up to obtain an estimate for system upgrades. Alex didn't pressure me for a sale but gave me information to make an informed decision. I was very satisfied with their service.

Aaron, the technician was awesome. He arrived on time and was courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. He explained very well the procedure for checking for leaks and made sure there is no problem with our water pipes. I strongly recommend this company and give them five stars.

This was the best experience I have had with any service company ever! I highly recommend Nexgen to anyone who needs Plumbing heating/AC service. Patrick Cordova was the tech assigned for my service and I can't say enough about this young man. Super professional but down to earth. No push for upsales. Can I just say that we were so blessed picking NexGen to install our AC, heater & more. You get what you pay for and we received the best!!!
