I had called about a slow draining issue and had it cleaned and working again within 3 hours. The had an available technician who arrived immediately and ran a snake to remove lint and debris from the washing machine drain, and got it going good again. Great promotion price I was lucky to find so it was even better pricing. Will use them again and Aaron my tech was the best and cleanest plumber I’ve encountered.

Kitchen drain backed up so gave Nextgen a call after seeing their cheap promotional deal. Aaron came out the next day prompt and with great communication. Super nice guy service with a smile. Couple minutes of chit chat and I’m good to go. Nightmare turned into a pleasant experience and I couldn’t be happier. Very impressed and know whom to call in the future, definitely requesting Aaron.

I cant say enough positive things about Nexgen and John for helping us with-a sewage blockage. From the first contact ove the phone everyone I spoke to was polite and made me feel help was only moments away. In fact John from Nexgen was at my house within the hour. John was just knowledgeable and shared with me step by step what he would be doing , always assuring that he would take care off us. Which is what he did. Within an hour or two he was able to unclog our sewer line. Our sewage main was cracked , they push through a camera and found our issue. Again I would highly recommend them any time.

Excellent to deal with this company. Carlos showed up on time and provided EXCELLENT service. He recommended to get a electronic air cleaning system and after speaking with Tim the service manager and getting pre-approved for low priced financing, I purchased and Carlos installed the electronic air cleaning system and it was up and running in less than 30 minutes. Carlos also serviced my ac and heating system and got it all ready for the summer heat. I highly recommend Nexgen for excellent service. I decided to have my air conditioner/ heater checked out and tuned up before the summer. Roger was my technician and did a great job for me. He explained everything in layman’s terms and was extremely polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company and especially Roger! I will definitely call them in the future.

Wanted to take advantage of their special not expecting a whole lot for the price they were asking but they not only came on time they were able to come early which was great for me was greeted by Roger. The technician got right to work immediately. Super professional was here for quite a while, which initially worried me that they were going to stick me for more $$ which has happened before with other companies before, but to my surprise, not at all completely serviced and cleaned both the heating system and air conditioning system to like brand new gave me a few practical suggestions, ended with, handshake, and a smile. Could not be more happy with absolutely recommend this company, and Roger to all my family and friends.

I was able to get a same day appointment, where Cesar came out to fix my drain and he did a great job. He was professional and super knowledgeable! I just had Art check my heater and air conditioner. He was thorough, explained everything to me with clarity and ease of understanding, and showed me pictures of my units. He was knowledgeable, and clearly had a complete understanding of my units and his job. And he was early! Yes! Art's professionalism showed his quality of care and his professionalism. Today, I had the pleasure to have Carlos and Edgar help me out with my heating and air conditioning unit. They showed up on time and called before arrival. We had issues with our heating and air conditioning unit, not properly working. These guys came out and helped us out, and were very honest with their findings and transparent. Our air conditioning is up and running. Thanks to the professionalism and honesty of these guys. Thank you very much for having these guys here.

Patrick H. was great. He contacted me early to ask if it was okay to come early. He was quick to get to work on the Summer Tuneup of our a/c system. He was great at communicating everything that he was checking. And he was very knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely ask for Patrick H. in the future A+++ Now we are ready for the summer heat!
