    These guys are crooks! If I could give zero stars I would! I called for the $77 tune up and inspection because my lines were freezing. The tech did not diagnose the issue and instead said I needed a new system so they sent someone to give me an estimate. The Estimate was over $17,000, they used high pressure sales tactics to try and get me to not only get a new HVAC system but they also wanted to replace my installation and install new ducts. Thankfully I shopped around and talked to the folks at WEST COAST AIR CONDITIONING, they said my system was fine and that all that needed to be replaced were the condenser coils which cost me 10% of what Pacific Aire wanted to charge me for a new system. After the repairs my AC has never been better and the tech at WEST COAST AIR CONDITIONING said it should last me 20 years with yearly maintenance.

    I’ve been using Pacific Aire for the past 10 years and have had great experiences with them. Whenever I’ve had issues, they are responsive and usually have someone to my home within 24 hours. Any work that needs to be completed is explained and estimated costs are presented in an easy to read format.

    The seasonal service checkups are completed quickly and painlessly. Pacific Aire techs are capable of explaining the issues well, have good hygiene and are pretty cool people.

    I’m glad I found them and am happy with my service. I plan to keep using them! Thanks guys!

    Update 5/4/22: Received $16.95 charge to my CC a couple weeks later and sent an email to inquire. Was informed that I signed up to their "Elite Club Membership during the service visit with our technician". Did no such thing and wasn't even aware of it. Docking another star for this shady practice

    From the initial call to schedule a technician to come in for diagnosis, I informed them that they'll need to work with our home warranty co and I was told there wouldn't be a problem. Service was prompt and technicians were very friendly, they brought their own shoe covers and wear them before entering our home. Although they were technician I felt they were ultimately salespeople. The first technician, Ruven spent about an hour diagnosing and recommending to replace our HVAC system without any attempt to repair. They then schedule a senior technician, Armando to come later in the day to evaluate further and also recommended replacement. Initial diagnosis was $79 and cost for replacement was close to $19k for our 17 year old HVAC system - cooling works, heater doesn't. I'm just baffled that this couldn't be fixed.

    We had Noah come to our house to perform the maintenance and he was very professional polite and on time. He was easy to talk to and provided a bunch of useful information on the current status of our system
