Employee Tyler, handymsn extraordinaire, did s great job of patching and repainting our ceiling, where the air conditioner leaked and caused damage. He kept us informed on his progress, and was very efficient and polite.

Called PacificAire for routine maintenance check for my HVAC system. Luckily, they had a recent cancellation and was able to have a tech come in 30 minutes of call. This was great since I was available. They sent Noah. Noah was amazing. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He was great for explaining everything that he was checking. He help me understand about the air filter. As part of the program, he replaced the filter. He did a very thorough job and was very respectful of me and my home. He cleaned the equipment as necessary. He also washed the outside unit. Love the fact how Pacific Aire trains their personnel. Great company that provides quality equipment and trained personnel. Noah and the other Pacific Aire staff all understand and provide good customer service. Recommend this company to anyone. Love the fact they are a well established company that has been around a long time. Keep up the good work.

Had a warranty to on our unit. They came out and fixed it no problem. While on site they set up a return visit to do scheduled maintenance. Then never showed up or called for that appointment. When I called to ask why they never came out they were only more worried about setting another appointment. Instead of trying to find out why we sat around waiting for them to show up and they never did. They advertised a guarantee to show Up for appointments but I guess the guarantee is that if they don’t they will just make another appointment. Doesn’t seem like the guarantee is worth anything

Noah is highly recommended—he was respectful and took time to explain what he was doing. He did an excellent job and we’ve used Pacific Aire for many years and recommend their company. We recommend others use their service!

Appointment was easy to book for next day. Technicians arrived on time and in clean uniforms. Both people were very friendly and personable. Though it took quite a while to diagnose the problem they were able to provide a temporary fix until parts could be ordered and installed. While I wish that there fees were less, they were not unfair.

Pacific Aire did a fantastic job! We had an issue with water leaking from the AC. They responded to our call at the end of the day and had a service technician come out the next morning. He was able to figure out the problem and fix it in a reasonable amount of time. He explain what the issue was and he was very professional. We highly recommend Pacific Aire!
