Cody went out of his way to keep me up to date on the project status and gave me great tips and insight on how to have the best experience with my new system moving forward.
Tyler D (Handyman) came in after the install to clean up anything that was leftover from the project. Tyler proceeded to exceed the efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism that I have come to expect from this company over the last couple of weeks. I have never seen a handyman take such care in making sure to complete the job to perfection.

Pacific Aire replaced our AC a year ago and I can’t say enough good things about them. The installation was fast and professional and whenever they come to do the routine maintenance, everyone is SO nice! A very nice young man came by to make sure everything was shipshape for the summer and he was great. He changed the filter, cleaned the compressor, made sure everything was running optimally and documented everything.
PAC Aire installed our system last year and were out recently for a service call. Jessie was kind, professional and very patient. I’ve had technical issues with the thermostat and he worked with tech support from the t-stat manufacturer until the issue was resolved. Can’t say enough good things about the technicians and the install crew, everybody I’ve dealt with has been amazing!
Pacific Aire installed heat pump system, now 3 years old. System works great, no problems. Customer Service and the technicians are very efficient and easy to work with. Tune ups twice a year keep the system running smooth. I am very satisfied with the service. Recommend Pacific Aire to anyone.
Requested tune up of HVAC originally installed by PacAire. They simply did a analysis looking for anything that is going to fail or that is not operating optimally. I really wanted a tune up not the reason why I should replace everything. The system is operating fine (18 years old) but they stated I should not put money in to fix deficiencies but advised replacing. They did not even replace the filter which was 3-4 months old (saying it didn't need replacing), although has had plenty of use this winter. They did not clean or vacuum anything. This was not a "tune up" but simply a call to sell future services. I would expect this would be a free service on any new client if they were thinking of replacing a system. I was charged $99. They also are selling their elite membership with out disclosing costs.
Excellent service! We had multiple issues with our heating and cooling system and Michael Marshall dealt with them one by one both with courtesy and thorough attention. He then went beyond the call of duty when he investigated our attic for a possible water leak as a result of Pacific Aire installing new insulation a few months ago. He found no evidence of any water leak or damage to the piping and then got on our roof and discovered that a cracked roof shingle is the probable cause of the water leak into our front room! Thanks again Michael for your service and diagnostic professionalism. Highly recommended!
Pacific Aire installed a complete new HVAC system. They moved our heating system from a hall closet to the attic, quieter and freed up the closet. PA also cleaned our attic removing old insulation and replaced it with new insulation. They installed our new AC unit to code. They keep track of our maintenance schedule. Technicians are professional, explain everything they do and provide pictures. Very clean work and always wear shoe covering. We are very happy with the company and the staff.
Our tech, Steven Henson, was a pleasure to work with. Polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. All of the Pacific Aire staff really make an effort to make sure their customers are taken care of. I highly recommend.
