I live in Texas but my grandparents have been customers of yours for about 12 years. Last year their furnace did not pass the safety inspection and they put off replacing it till now - which is never great timing! But, I called and spoke with Nico who was so very helpful in getting someone out to get the estimate. Then, they made some accommodations to be able to squeeze in an installation before it got super cold. My grandparents are in their 90s and homebound and everyone at Pac Aire was so lovely to deal with and they made sure this was easy on them. They told me their installers were great (thank you, Grant!) and that they are nice and toasty now. Thank you so much for making this as easy as possible!

Jesse came to my home, he was very professional, clean and neat. I have just moved to the house and he gave me a full walk through of everything I should know from the kind of filter needed for my AC unit to the outside compressor. He found my coolant was low and shared the readings with me. He topped off the coolant. I am hall to have them continue to service my new home.
