Great experience. Woke up to the AC lines frozen over. Called pacific-Aire and they had a tech out in a couple hours. Mike Marshall was a great tech. Very customer service oriented and really knows his stuff. Answered all questions and explained things clearly. He even drew up a diagram of the system and locations of the issues. I decided to go ahead and have them install a completely new system. Bob Farag came out the same day, gathered all the info he needed to present us with our options. He was very professional and explained everything clearly. These guys were very transparent through the whole thing. I couldn’t be happier!

Noah was nice and informative throughout the service. Ducts had holes and there was a lot of dirt on the insulation. He explained to me how this affects the unit and it’s life span.Noah helped me set up an apt for an estimate to repair the problems found. Overall it was a great experience. I felt comfortable asking questions

Had maintenance service, cleaning, and checkup for my HVAC system yesterday. The technician, Michael, was very thorough, professional, and did an excellent job! He took great care to keep areas he entered clean and clear from grease. He was attentive to the system's need as well as helping to keep my costs down. I highly recommend and appreciate his work!!!

About 5 years ago had Pac Aire install windows, which they did at that time, and new heater/air conditioner. Since then they come out for regular check-ups as well as recently redid my ducts in attic. Staff that do the work deliver exceptional service and staff in the office are extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. Have used them for years and they did the complete HVAC install about 4 years ago! Technicians that do the annual inspection are always professional and timely.

After 17 years our HVAC system finally had enough and gave out. These are the moments you dread as a homeowner. A moment made more difficult by being without A/C during a heat wave. We already knew Pacific Aire to be an established locally owned and operated company so they were our first call. Sure enough a tech came the next morning, and after a very thorough inspection we were given a sympathetic, but professional and knowledgeable run down on precisely why the existing unit could no longer be repaired. There was no pressure, and no on the spot decisions since the techs don’t sell, just a highly trained consultant sent later in the day. We had a lot of questions and concerns, all of which were answered and addressed. We were given options to choose the right system for the right price. They offer no interest installments as well as discounted pay up front options, and only a small deposit is required to retain the install date which was quick. In addition, my husband and I have been putting off attic insulation for years, one of the main reasons our old unit worked day and night. We appreciated that Pacific Aire could schedule this additional work in conjunction with the HVAC install. The cleanup of the old attic “insulation” which was nasty included a deep clean and disinfecting of every nook and cranny. We received before, during and after photos of all work, a state of the art, permit pulled system, and by no means not least of all, stupendously nice techs and installers who were so considerate and quiet, they even opened and closed the door softly. This made all the difference since my husband works from home. They arrive on time, work efficiently, explain everything and email all documentation and photos. The cherry on top? They sent Tyler to reframe and paint the attic access. He cut wood molding on site to match our elaborate crown molding, then painted it in the same high gloss as the rest in the house. It’s like nothing ever happened. Tyler is an amazing guy in every way! So there you have it. Our journey from a state of anxiety and uncertainty to peace of mind and pride, knowing how clean and sanitized, better than code and efficient the guts of our house now are. This system has also increased our home’s value. Don’t waste time setting up multiple consults. Pacific Aire does not lowball quote to steal clients like companies offering the best price but never the best work. Nor are they over priced and taking advantage of their community. They are simply, the company all companies should be.

It was a pleasure having Noah, the Pacific Aire tech, at our home today. One of the most professional and competent technicians in any craft I have dealt with over many years.
He was very patient and thorough in his explanations of what he was finding with our system and in giving us the options for what repairs/replacements were available.
