Pacific Aire

Pacific Aire is that rarity - a company that under-promises and over-delivers. Just had my old, old ac/heating system replaced, ducts and registers replaced, asbestos removed from attic, and new insulation installed. Everyone from the office staff to the handyman was professional, efficient, and all about good service. Thank you Barnaby, Vincent, Tony, David, Carlos, Steven, Cody, Renato, Brian, Erwin, Ruven, and Roberto (and anyone whose name I missed) for getting the job done safely, neatly, quickly, and thoroughly!

Amazing service! We've always had competent and professional Pacific Aire technicians in the past, but their tech Michael who provided our most recent service went above and beyond. He inspected our entire HVAC system, cleaned our AC metal cover showing us the leading cause of why it was so dirty so we could address it. He informed us of how our attic was insufficiently and improperly insulated so we could have this fixed in the near future and fixed little things that were causing big problems such as loose vents that were letting attic impurities into our interior home air and fixing duct work that had tears or had come loose also resulting in attic impurities entering our interior air. Not only did he cover every aspect of our HVAC, but Michael notified us that he could smell a gas leak from our exterior gas pipework, sprayed the unit to identify where the leaks were coming from and it turned out that the gas company had come by 3 weeks earlier to check our system and they didn't seal the work they did. We called the gas company that day and they came out and fixed what they had done. Michael was very thorough--I can't stress enough his attention to details. He is very personable and professional and his demonstrated skill set and extensive knowledge on all things HVAC has put our mind at rest that we can trust his judgment and recommendations. We always used Pacific Aire before because of the great service we got, but Michael going above and beyond just solidifies our trust in Pacific Aire as a great HVAC company. Erwin is the man. He is excellent and just wants to please and get his job done perfectly. I highly recommend him. He is the best technician we have ever had working in our home.

Friendly staff provides excellent service in a timely manner.

They fixed the air - which had been shutting off- by replacing a fuse. But then the fuse failed and the unit kept switching on and off over and over and eventually shut off. The system says there is a power issue. I called and left a message and they have not yet returned my call. So, it worked for an hour. I am sure they will come back and hopefully figure out the real issue.

Pacific Aire has always been great to work with. All of their technicians and office workers are very friendly, responsible and hard-working. I never have reservations about having them in my home. They seem like a very good quality company and all of the employees seem very happy.

We had an excellent technician who was honest, friendly, with a very strong work ethic. Matt took his time when inspecting our heating and air systems, and also while explaining our options.
We like his approach to the business because he has an intuitive regard concerning options based on our budget, timing and family needs.
Most of all, Matt was pleasant, curtious and knowledgeable.

Pacific Aire had always been professional in all my dealings with them the past 10 or more years. Always on time, with safety gear ready and available to wear, with excellent communication.

Today Jesse came along with a gentleman he was training to service our units. They were great. Professional, friendly and very positive. They took the time to do their job right and show me along the way.
