The service response is very quick. Sending the picture of the tech and tracking system is really good idea for the safety of the clients. The technician Tony is thorough, efficient and very polite. I’m happy with the service so far.

Pacific Aire has the best employees I’ve worked with. Their technicians are professional, well qualified, respectful of property and people. I have no negative experiences with any of them. You won’t find better or more qualified.

High pressure sales techniques used. Asked for $1000 check before contract signed and said we would forfeit that money if we didn’t sign the contract within 24 hours. That is illegal under CA home improvement contract law.
