Ever since Pacific Aire installed our new system we have enjoyed trouble free heating and air conditioning. They did a great installation job and when they were done you’d never know they were here. A year later they are proactive about our annual service and I have yet to meet a tech who wasn’t knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely be a lifelong customer.

Kristina was my service representative. She was professional, clean, and courteous. She was thorough and very respectful. We have a precocious kitty who likes to escape and she made sure she kept our doors closed so our escape artist would not sneak out. She had good suggestions and left promptly. Thank you
