Our heater stopped working after the big storm this week. We called this morning and had a technician here by 12:00. He quickly checked the thermostat and determined we needed a new one. The technician checked on the entire system and even inspected the attic. Because we are members, there was no service charge. The technician was friendly, professional, and thorough. He even put on protective foot gear each time he came into the house. We have always received great service from Pacific Aire.

The technician, Michael Marshall was fabulous. His customer service was beyond great. When we move into the house we bought in a month or so, I will definitely request him. Thank you.

Pacific Aire came through again! We needed a HVAC inspection and maintenance on our year and a half old AC and furnace. Pacific Aire are the ones to call. They are thorough, professional and knowledgeable. It doesn’t matter who they send out, these guys are trained professionals who know how to diagnose and fix any issue. To top it off they are polite, courteous and personable. You can trust their expertise.

We have used this company for many years, first to service an existing system and later to install a new one. This semi-annual service was performed by Steven Hansen who was the most thorough technician we have seen. After checking the system in our main house he took a look at our brand new system in our ADU on the same property, less than a year old. He identified a small leak and replaced a common outlet with a surge protector. Pacific Aire is all about preventing problems and making your HVAC run longer. Very happy with their service.

We had a new heating and air conditioning system along with new ducts installed a year ago and now they contact us for maintenance of our system. The technician was professional but he seemed a little green at his job. Also he didn’t have his name on his shirt. Overall he was very nice
