I could not be more pleased with the tram at Gene Burch. They have saved me a few times when I have been in a real pinch (broken boiler, leaking hot water etc). These guys are the best!!

Martin T was on time, he was polite and completed the work efficiently. He even checked CO levels for me.

Replaced kitchen faucet this time but i have used them extensively for last 5 years.
They are reliable and extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy.
I highly recommend.

Raul is great! He came for my annual HVAC maintenance, and he explained everything so well. He identified a rodent problem, and also some ducts that are not properly sealed. He's really knowledgeable, and is a big asset to Gene Burch Plumbing & Heating, whom I've used for many years.

Great service technician but we were told arrival would be between 12 - 2pm and he arrived around 4:30. We understand that things happen but we also had to set aside the entire afternoon. I'm glad we could.
