My elderly mom is housebound due to a medical condition, so when our furnace died last weekend, it was urgent that we get a replacement ASAP. Of the four places I called, Gene Burch had the quickest response, the most thorough evaluation, and, by far, the best price. Estimator Tae was knowledgable, courteous, and kind. He was able to get our unit installed unbelievably quickly, for which we are SO grateful. Martin came out to do the installation, and was so efficient and friendly. Maria in the office was helpful and responsive. GB turned around a really stressful situation for us, and we can't thank them enough. Ten stars!

Alfredo is a very knowledgeable about boilers and solar water systems, and does a really professional installation. He also takes the time to fully explain what he has done.

First of all, I got a call back quickly for a next day appointment. Alfredo was early to the job (when does that ever happen!)and was extremely clear in explaining what needed to be done. He answered my questions clearly and cordially, and I was able to get answers to some other issues that are happening in our home. And my Nest thermostat is working!

Raul arrived on the scheduled time, and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He is very personable and courteous. He understood the issue with our heat/air thermostat and fixed it quickly.

Gene Burch was very responsive - they were able to come out the day I called and fix the problem. Tai was very knowledgeable and professional and quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He stayed to make sure it was operating correctly. Not inexpensive but what service company is nowadays.

Had to get new water tank, as heater failed. David B. came same day to give me an estimate & 3 days later David and Kevin from Gene Burch Plumbing installed. Both guys were efficient, polite, and cleaned up beautifully.

Sergio showed up on time, was very friendly and professional, and had my problem diagnosed in about 15 minutes. He ordered the part right there, and he should be here tomorrow to install it! Hard to find service like that post covid...

David and crew were timely, understood a complex plumbing repair and also my mold sensitivity - they were meticulous , knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use them for future plumbing jobs.
