Gene Burch's plumber called me ahead to ask if I was available and then arrived right on time. He immediately evaluated the problem and then quoted me a price on the spot. I agreed to the reasonable price, and he immediately commenced with the repair. He completed the work promptly and cleaned up after himself. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and his professionalism. I will definitely hire Gene Burch fore future plumbing needs.

Brad had installed a Flo by Moen meter to monitor any water leaks in our home. It had been working fine for a year, but suddenly it turned off the water in our house. We called Burch Plumbing and they came to our house that morning. Brad said he had not seen that problem before, but he called the company for instructions. He gave us a play by play list to correct the problem and the phone number of the company to help us. We were able to get water flowing again. Brad solved our problem quickly. We have been using Burch Plumbing for years and they have never let us down. We highly recommend them.

Way too expensive. Addendum: After my initial post ("Way too expensive"), the business reached out to me to apologize for the "overcharge", and gave me a refund. Kudos to them for owning up to this! I have increased my rating to 3 stars as one should not have to post a poor review to get a refund. And the work was done well, and in a timely and friendly manner.

Water heater leaked in our garage and stopped working. Gene Burch had Brad out the next morning to attempt to fix it. Brad did everything in his power to attempt to fix the 30 year old water heater. When this didn’t work, Brad and Gene Burch plumbing worked around numerous scheduling issues we had to get our water heater back up and running in less than 48 hours. Thanks Brad, Raul, and Gene Burch plumbing.

Alfredo and Kevin were professional, courteous and efficient. They replaced the shower valve in the wall and left the worksite very clean. They did a great job, we were very pleased with the results.

He quickly diagnosed the problem with my heating system, repaired it, replaced the filter, performed an inspection, and offered suggestions on continued upkeep and maintenance. This was all without charge as I was a member of "Gene's Team", which saved me a a good deal when Gene Burch installed my air conditioning system, and now continues to pay dividends..
