I'm very pleased with my Gene Burch Plumbing Heating & Air experience. I had AC maintenance request and Raul T. was my technician. Raul arrived on time, was professional and courteous. Given the time and weather permitting he offered to perform furnace maintenance that would save my time. Raul also suggested solution to improve sound created by air vent grill that I'm considering. I highly recommend Raul T.

All of the crew on site and the office manager were timely, efficient and a pleasure to have in my home while a new furnace was installed. I couldn't be happier with everyone at Gene Burch and will recommend them to others and always use them in the future.

When I discovered a significant water leak of the water heater, I called Gene Burch Plumbing, and Maria went into action to juggle and find one her team to get over to the house to inspect and assess. For many years I have resigned myself to getting mediocre service from so many companies in Marin. Gene Burch plumbing and their entire team (scheduling, servicemen, billing) have RESTORED MY FAITH that excellent service and subject matter expertise exists!

When our water heater broke while we were out of town, they were very quick to respond which was extra wonderful because I was not an existing customer. They thoroughly assessed the situation, clearly explained what was going on, and clearly laid out my options. They were also very transparent about prices and guarantees.

Once we made a decision, they were quick to schedule the service (came back the next day) and did proactive follow up to make sure I was satisfied. They also discovered a leak onto our foundation when doing the water heater repair which was very helpful because we were able to address it early before it made structural damage. I was impressed that they were detailed and attentive enough to notice it.

I will definitely use them again and wish they repaired everything!

David B. did a great job with my water heater replacement. There was a lot to do, new gas lines and water lines and pressure relief, water pan and other actions to bring things up to code. He left the area clean and all was working well. David and Gene Burch plumbing got all this done right away so my family didn't have to wait to take a shower. Thanks!!

He was extremely friendly, professional, and responsive. I would get an email, call, or personal visit on any inquiries. Price was good. Work was quick and well done. When we hit a hurdle, they were able to bring in the appropriate person to ensure work was not stopped. I am really happy with their service. I highly recommend them.
