We really appreciated Eugene's patience as he dealt with us to get our shower heads and hand shower updated. He was very pleasant even after 5 or 6 trips to our house as we figured out what we needed and ordered the parts. Twice we did not have one piece we needed, so he came back when we did. We persevered together and now have shining new shower heads that work great thanks to Eugene's professional installation.

The team of Gene Burch has done extensive work at my home, from installing and prepping the home for natural gas, routing new pipes, to an amazing energy saving gas boiler, including heating and AC including new ducts, and even a great water filter. Their team is super professional and the quality of work is a work of art. Their entire team is super responsive and great to work with (Maria, Freddy, Ivan etc). Super happy with their work.
