We have worked with Gene Burch Plumbing Heating & Air for many years (decades, really). They ALWAYS do a great job for us. Tae was exceptional. Smart, experienced, kind and service-oriented. Can not say enough good things about him as an individual and the company as a whole.

They replaced our failed water heater the day after I called and did a very neat, professional job for a reasonable price. What more could we ask?

Sergio and Paul were awesome! They were prompt, gave me an honest estimate, and even we’re able to return the same day and complete the job! Their work and conduct was neat and extremely professional, and they finished everything exactly as discussed in the estimate. I would not hesitate to use them again for any HVAC service or repairs.

Sergio was all that could ask for he was prompt, thorough, patient in answering my questions, neat and very professional. Of all of the service calls I have had over the past twenty years, I don't believe any were as thorough and complete as Sergio. I'll definitely request him again for future service calls from Burch.

Our water heater died ( it was almost 20 years old) over the holiday weekend. We called Gene Burch Plumbing before 9am. Ivan was out to us by 11:30am to assess the situation & then he was able to return ( with his assistant, David) by 1:30pm same day & installed the new water heater, including the CA code upgrades, etc. They were all done by 4pm! I was very impressed with Ivan's knowledge & professionalism. Thanks for your quick & friendly service!

My Toto Toilet Washlet ceased to work! For Medical Reasons that is needed! I called ... Maria answered an Ivan appeared shortly after my call! Ivan was professional, aware of the problem and I am so grateful to Gene Burch Plumbing for an excellent staff that has your back (or bottom in this situation) when it is needed. These are ANGELS in physical form!
