Bragg Cooling, Heating & Plumbing

Full install (5 zones total) of Mitsubishi mini-split AC/heating system throughout our 1959 Eichler home. Upon meeting John (the owner) & his team for the initial assessment, I immediately knew this was the professional crew that I wanted to award the work to. And to our delight, my instincts were spot-on: Chance, Victor, and Hector all took the time to listen and propose optimal solutions throughout every step of the process. Delivery was top-notch and I plan on using them again when we replace our water heater. Being an Eichler home owner himself, John also completely understands the goal of maintaining the homes original integrity while enabling much needed upgrades for efficient and cost-effective cooling and heating. Additionally, his entire team were both attentive to detail while delivering the most professional and courteous service. To top it off, Cari who handles scheduling & overall mission control, is the absolute best in customer service. I've already recommended Bragg to several of our friends and will continue to do so!

Victor was excellent! Explained and Showed me how to use our new HVAC system. Discussed the different options available for different price points so no pressure to select the fanciest or most expensive system. The office manager is also fantastic! Handled all of the warranty paperwork and gave us the rebate upfront. I never fill out surveys but am taking the time to get the word out that they are top notch!

Bragg was so great that we called them back to look at an old toilet that wasn’t flushing properly. Tracy was also phenomenal! I assumed we would need to replace the toilet but it just turns out that the toilet lid interferes with the handle 🤦‍♀️ Tracy recommended a soft close lid and the toilet is back to good as new. He then cleaned out the lime scale in the water tank. Didn’t charge me for coming out! He also was able to recommend a flooring specialist for my next project on my remodeling list.

Our 30 year old furnace gave out and Bragg Plumbing & Heating was immediately responsive and had someone out within hour. They were able to have a replacement in a couple of days which was quick. Everyone we interacted with was professional and it was a pleasant experience. The pricing was fair and we would use them again and recommend them to people we know.

Tracy was great to work with, took the time to explain what the problem was as well as how they were going to replace and fix the issue. Great teamwork including Carrie at the office was also very knowledgeable and friendly. 5star results all the way around and competitive pricing. Too.

I urgently needed a kitchen sink/garbage disposal unclogged and Bragg Plumbing was able to immediately schedule me in on a Saturday which was super convenient. Tracy arrived early and was able to resolve the situation promptly while explaining everything clearly while suggesting additional preventative measures. He was professional and provided quality work while fixing everything in a rather short time.

Todd, Chance and Jose, are all very knowledgeable and helpful! Got my AC system and improperly installed Nest Thermostats (first installed through different company) fixed within only a few minutes. Also had a greatly needed attic fan installed in under 2 hours. Definitely recommend the Bragg team!

Victor and Jose were prompt and kept their work spaces clean. Victor carefully explained what need to be done with our 14 year old mini split. What we're looking for in a plumbing/hvac company is timeliness, straightforward communication about what needs to be done and reasonable rates. This company fits that bill, so we will definitely use Bragg again.

The two guys that showed up were nice and seemed like they were on the up and up. It was the first big heat wave and our air conditioner was out. They replaced a $30 part and were on site for about 20 minutes. They charged me $325. I have repeatedly tried to contact them about this to give them the chance to explain and have never heard back from them. They are not to be trusted, choose any other company in the Petaluma area but not these guys.

Over the weekend my water heater wasn’t working so our house hold was in desperate need of a plumber. We called every plumber we can in the Santa Rosa area and most couldn’t assist us until the next day. Until I called Bragg Plumbing and Heating, they were ready to come help us within the hour. Our plumber’s name is Tracey Nelson and he did a phenomenal job. We have a GE water heater and the parts were hard to find but he drove out and got the parts and fixed our water heater! (If your looking for a water heater DO NOT get a GE Ultra, they are hard to work on). I am very pleased with this plumbing company especially our plumber Tracey Nelson. I’d recommend them in a heart beat. If you are having any problems with your water heater, I guarantee Bragg Plumbing and heating is the best company to choose.

Todd is highly professional and fair, and honest. It makes me always wan0st to use to Company for Plumbing and Heating. As I grew up with parents who owned a plumbing and heating company in Tucson, Arizona, I am very familiar with this particular business. Albeit, my folks' main work was installing all of that in new homes- both custom and tract homes, as well as having a repair service. I knew how their honest values affected my choices and I saw how respected they were in both the repair and building industry through the whole state of Arizona in the 1960s-80s. There is something special about folks who do work in people's homes and gain respect. Hats off to you and to Todd! Susan Brook
