Bragg Cooling, Heating & Plumbing

Tracy helped me out today and was wonderful as usual. All of the folks at Bragg have been great every time I've needed them. Knowing I have a good, reliable, honest resource for my plumbing and heating needs reduces my stress levels. It's one less thing in life to worry about.

Tracy came in. Within the allotted time. Even though there was a wreck on the freeway. His company let me know that he would be about 10 minutes late. And he showed up within that window. He did the service on our two heaters. Had a recommendation on a water heater. And also will give me an estimate on insurance related recommendations for Earthquake water shut off and gas shut off. And a couple other items. So he was prompt. Efficient. Kept the area clean. And explained everything he was doing as he was doing it

Thank you to Chance Rosado and Hector for doing such a professional job installing our mini-split air conditioning system. We were unfamiliar with this kind of AC system and Chance was patient and knowledgable in bringing us up to speed. Our house was kept neat and clean throughout the 2 ½ days it took to complete the job. I highly recommend Bragg Plumbing Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for good plumbing and AC service. Thank you also to John Honey, the owner and Carrie, the office manager for being so kind and receptive to our needs.

The A.C. quit on a hot evening. I called Bragg services the next morning. Todd arrived within 2 hours and did a through review of the problem and was able to replace a part that had "blown". the problem was fixed.

Tracy and his team are professional, arrive on time, and explain what needs to be done. I had to get a new furnace and ducting. They know what needs to be done and complete it within a timely matter. Cari in the office is very helpful every time I call.
