I was very impressed, first by the pone operator scheduling the call, than by the young man doing the job. Called ahead with time estimate well within the window. Very polite even crawling back from under the muddy crawl space. Very careful and clean. Explained the problem, gave estimate on the spot and went to get the new pump. Back within an hour and efficiently installed the pump.
The whole process was efficient, friendly and professional.

I had a leaky water heater last week. I called Bragg Plumbing. They came out the same day, were prompt, courteous, and did a great job. They had my hot water running again in just a few hours. I'd definitely call them again.

They came, I grilled them about my options and pricing, but they guy was just a straight shooter. He came on a Monday, scheduled me the next Monday (today) and my babies and I are back in the warmth! They even identified and patched some bad/disconnected ducting! I’m thrilled!!!

We've worked with a few other local companies in the Marin area and I felt compelled to post a review based on our experience with Bragg. They are professional and courteous from the first time you call their office through the end of the project. Chance was the most knowledgeable A/C guy I've ever met. They were very responsive with their proposal for our split a/c unit job. They arrived on time and finished when they said they would. We absolutely love the unit. Honestly, its not even close in comparison to the other a/c/plumbing companies we've dealt with since we've lived here.
