Todd was very thorough, asked a lot of questions. This gave me a feeling of confidence when he discussed the most likely causes of our AC problem of concern. He pointed out some irregular installation steps (condensation drain system) of our current Bryant Plus 90 HVAC system installed in 2003. functional life of this system is 15 - 20 years. He gave us several alternative solutions including system replacement.

Tracy came out same day, first thing in the morning. What I thought to be a simple clogged sink ended up being a larger problem. Tracy was upfront about all pricing before doing the work and was honest in telling me what did (and did not) need to be done. Even with the unexpected challenge, the work was done timely and the area was left neat. I recommend their special member pricing program, it pays for itself. I joined the minute he left. I had to get a good plumber in an emergency on Friday at my son's townhouse and the firm I usually use could not come. So I went to Diamond Certified and Bragg Plumbing popped up. I called and Bragg was able to send its staff person, Brooks, almost right away. Brooks was right on time, diagnosed the problem, and offered me two options to fix it. I chose the more permanent option, and Brooks was scheduled to come back on the following Monday between 1 and 3 PM. To my amzement, he arrived early by almost an hour! He was very efficient and very nice and fixed the problem rapidly. I was so impressed that I am planning to have him come to my own house to fix a non-emergency problem. I highly recommend Bragg Plumbing in Marin.

Todd was not only right on time, he was professional. Listened to my tale of how I went on YouTube & the internet to assess the problem & didn't get all defensive and made me feel badly. He carefully checked & figured out 3 potential sources of the issue. He was conservative but realistic. He got the wall heater to work & gave me estimates on possible solutions.
It's old so it probably will have to be replaced. That's my choice.

Clearly, I will have Todd & Bragg Plumbing replace it when the time comes. Ann

Todd and the folks at Bragg Plumbing were quick to respond to my needs and very professional. I had two sump pumps fail, one underneath my house and one outside. Other contractors failed to respond to calls and did not address the need in a timely fashion, which caused the subspace to flood and the side yard to flood as well.

Todd came out in the middle of a deluge to help me out, and replaced both of the sump pumps in several days. Having had sub-par service from two other contractors regarding this issue, it was such a relief to have the plumbing issues addressed professionally.

The technician was knowledgeable, helpful and explained my options very clearly.
