Bragg Cooling, Heating & Plumbing

After getting several bids I ended up hiring Bragg Heating and plumbing. I definitely made the right choice. Service techs Chance and Tracy did a fantastic job replacing all heater duct work in the attic plus checking the furnace. It was a big job and they did a incredible job. Never tried to sell me a new furnace or anything else. Chance and Tracy were very honest, hard working and meticulous. John the owner, gave me a great affordable deal. Very accommodating and professional. I hired them again to fix a drain leak under the house which also went extremely well. I will continue to hire Bragg for any heating and plumbing issues that I have.

Sean and Todd came promptly and did an excellent job with the repair of my hose bib and connections which included work under the house. I was give the price for the work ahead of time which softened the shock of almost $700. to do the repairs. An itemization would have been nice to understand why it cost so much.

A silently leaking toilet tank turned into a water loss that caught the attention of the MMWD and quadrupled our water bill. Tracy found it quickly and fixed it. The repair will pay for itself within a few months. Thank you Tracy. Great job!

Bragg Plumbing dispatched their field service engineer (Brooks) to arrive at the house within a one hour window. He arrived at the scheduled time and was excellent at assessing the situation - he asked questions, listened and inspected. Also noteworthy items: very courteous, very professional yet personable, composure and efficient. An overall great customer experience from booking to billing. My 'go to' for any heating and plumbing needs in the future, without hesitation.
