sewer line. The quality of service was superior, and the plumber
carefully explained the data from the inspection and the repair
options.
I have used this company many times for either HVAC or plumbing repairs. The quality of service is consistently superior. The
service people show up on time, work efficiently, and are always courteous. The integrity of the company is beyond reproach; they do not recommend unnecessary repairs.
The fees are on the high side. You do get what you pay for, but you
pay for it.
If you have a potentially complicated HVAC or plumbing problem,
you can rely on Gene Burch to provide informed, honest recommendations to address the repairs, and to do a quality
repair or installation. If it is a really simple matter, i.e., installation of a garbage disposal or a faucet repair, you may not need to pay the higher fee for a simple and straightforward problem.

The service tech arrived promptly and was knowledgeable. He quickly found and rectified the problem. We will use this company again, if needed.

Tae Answered all my questions. And he was able to get my 15-year-old furnace running again after almost 6 days of a cold house. Also he showed me how to start it up again if the same problem occurred. it’s so great to have heat again! Thank you!
