Our 17 year old HVAC stopped working. Shawn came out within one hour and diagnosed the problem. He had one of team members out the next day with a replacement unit and installed the same day(they preformed a full inspection of the entire system for operation and only repaired what was required) system is operating properly thank you for the quick and professional response.

Shawn came by for an estimate for 2 units installation. he was professional, quick and gave me a very good estimate. It was also very easy to communicate with him via text and email. And was very accommodating to my schedule 👍

Gave Star Mechanical a call based on the glowing reviews and I must say that they’re true! Shawn answered my call and arrived to my home the next day. He quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my AC and fixed it on the spot! He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. I’ll definitely call them again should I have any other AC problems.

I called Star Mechanical on a very hot Friday morning. Our AC had broken down late Thursday evening. Star had a tech out to our place by lunch time. He serviced the AC and got it up and running quickly. Unfortunately, it only ran for about an hour before completely shutting down again. This was due to age and lack of maintenance, it was a very old unit. Anyway, Star sent out another technician first thing Saturday morning. He gave us several options including replacing everything. Its an old house and AC/Furnace were showing their age so we decided it was time. Shawn and Curtis were out first thing Monday morning to install our new system. We were so pleased by their attentive service during this heat wave. In addition, they did an excellent job with the install, very professional, everything looks great! Pricing was reasonable.

Shawn took my call late in the afternoon regarding my AC not working my AC unit fan was not spinning. Shawn sent someone out the very next morning. Travis contacted me right away by text regarding the call and that he would be out in the morning at 8AM. I got another text the next day at 7AM that he was en route. Travis arrived and within minutes diagnose the problem. My AC unit is from 2003. He did not have the parts in the truck but said he would have them by tomorrow morning. Travis arrived at 7:20am and job was completed by 8:20am. Ac is up and running great. Travis was awesome! He was on time, very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional. AWSOME SERVICE, HONEST, and Cost was much lower then I expected. Shawn and Travis are the reason we continue to use Star Mechanical.

They saved my day! My AC was down mind you I have an 8 month old who was miserable in 105 degree weather. I called star Mechanical and they made room for me the same day. Shawn the tech was very informative and provided options. The best part is that price is reasonable.
