I was so pleased that I signed up for the bronze level maintenance plan.

Unbelievable service! I must say I will use this company from now on for any service I need that they provide! In the middle of a heatwave in the San Joaquin Valley, the last thing you want to deal with is a broken Air Conditioner. So if your Air breaks down, you can trust them to provide you with timely honest service at a fair price. My unit is old and all of a sudden it just wouldn't blow any cold air. Based on the units age of 40 years I was prepared to hear I needed a new unit. So after another company I called rescheduled several times I contacted Star Mechanical . They arrived the same day at the time they said they would and the man just left. My unit had clicked off a switch because it needed to be cleaned. He cleaned it slip that switching I'm getting cold air at a very nominal charge. Simple, honest and the man couldn't have been more polite! No sales pitch nothing! I felt refreshed all the way around! I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future and will refer the company to anyone in need of one of their services!

Shawn and Curtis at Star Mechanical were great to work with. We had to have our home AC unit replaced as it was over 20 years old. Shawn provided us with a fair quote and the work was done on time and excellent quality. I won’t hesitate to use Star Mechanical for my AC/Heating needs in the future.

In 2020, we made the leap to buy a new HVAC system. Honey from Costco wanted $19K, Bell Bro's wanted $19K, Home Depot wanted $16,000. STAR Mechanical seemed too good to be true under $10K with 0% credit available & 5 Star Ratings. Well, they are 100% worth your leap of faith. Shaun is clear on what you need, his crew works efficiently, and their work is clean. Furthermore, Shaun has personally came to see my system 2x when I've had questions. They are Amazing!!! Good people always win!

I have been using Star Mechanical's services for the past few years. Shawn (owner) and Curtis have both been out. A couple of months ago I took offer of a $25 cleaning from another company and the tech who came out said I needed a new ac unit. When my system froze last week, I cleaned filter and it went on an hour later but i still asked Star to come out and assess the potential problems. Curtis came out and looked at it and said it just needed cleaning, not a/c replacement. Curtis out this morning to clean and did a great job. Honest company with excellent customer service, in my experience haven't had to wait a week for an appointment, extremely fair prices than most other companies, and great work, Shawn stands by his work.

Shaun was very professional! He really knew what he was doing. He corrected a big mistake a previous AC guy from another company did to my compressor! I just feel so lucky that I called Star mechanical!

I called Star Mechanical at about 5pm one night (after waiting 5+ days for a larger corporation in the area to come out, just to have them cancel the day before my appointment). Shawn, Owner of Star Mechanical, answered the phone personally and was at my house less than 20 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem and had a new AC unit installed the following day for a reasonable price. Shawn is very responsive and knows what he is doing. I will be using Star Mechanical for all my heating and cooling needs moving forward. Highly recommended!

Shaun was very great and he fixed the problem very very fast, super happy with the job done. Will ask him to come back for sure in a few months for A/C maintenance. He came back again to repair both my heaters which stopped working. Once again Shaun was here very fast and he did the repairs in a minimal amount of time. Thank you Shaun for being so reliable.
