My wife setup an appt with some other company who stated 1st visit was to assess with a charge, then make another appointment to address the issues on a separate charge.
Called Star Mechanic and had an immediate appointment.
Curtis the tech did a great job in normalizing our AC, including the inspection for our air ventilation system. One charge.
I am already scheduled for this winter's heating check-up!

I highly recommend Shawn and his crew for any hvac job you have. There is one word I will use to Describe Shawn! That is integrity! He installed a new system in my home a few years ago. I referred him to my neighbor and I will refer him to you! His pricing is very competitive, and the workmanship is excellent. My wife is all about having closet space. So he moved our heater into the attic. It’s great, you don’t notice the sound of it running and we have a extra closet my wife turned into a pantry!! I called Curtis about 6:25 PM the night before, its 100° outside, the AC is set to 82°, and the house is getting warmer by the hour. Curtis, unexpectedly, told me he could be here in the morning. Honestly, I was prepared to hear, it'll be 2 or 3 weeks out before I can get to you. He arrived around 8:30 AM, diagnosed and repaired by 9:30. Curtis was very efficient and a great conversationalist. I will look to call on Star Mechanical for future HVAC issue and will refer them to friends as the need arises.

Star Mechanical took my call at 9pm and was at my door by 7:30am. Very professional and respectful. Found the issue with the system, broken motor mount, and had it replaced with a better belt solution within an hour. During a heatwave their prompt response is highly appreciated.

After about a 2 minute conversation, he knew exactly where the problem was, diagnosed it, fixed it and order a part that needed to be replaced on a followup appointment. I now had control of my heater. Cost was far less than I had expected
