Roberto came to install coiling in a unit that was done improperly by another company. He ran into every problem imaginable. He continued to push through with patience and did not leave until the unit was up and running. He pretty much built me a new unit on-site. I couldn't have asked for a better person to do the job. He's worth more than he charges. A true angel. I'm so thankful to have found him.

Awesome company that's thorough and doesn't overcharge! I had an AHS warranty claim in and the first company they sent couldn't find the leak in the whole 10 minutes they spent looking, then wanted to charge 3 times as much per pound of freon than Star (Amazing Comfort= not recommended). I am soooo thankful I got a second opinion with Star, and the work done. Joe spent over an hour diagnosing and found 2 leaks (1 more leak than the company I paid out of pocket to find). They got it all covered under AHS (except freon difference of course that AHS doesn't cover). They did a VERY difficult repair with my hanging air handler in a tight space professionally, and efficiently. Rob even came back to secure it even more and was excellent. I would definitely recommend Star Mechanical to my friends and use them again!
