Great work and very prompt!

I called Shawn first thing this morning for service as our a/c unit went out last night. He came out this afternoon and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. So thankful as expecting 103 ° today. We'll be having our HVAC replaced in the near future as our system is 30+ years old and will have Shawn do the job.

Star mechanical is the best and fastest service team we have ever dealt with. The mechanics are fully knowledgeable about what is required and what parts are needed to job correctly. I'm very happy with the services we received.

I would recommend them for any service you might have. I had Curtis Shannon and he got to the problem right away and knew what it was and went outside to check the unit and found the problem and told me what it was and how much it would be. He was done so fast and even put in a new filter I had!!! This is my first time having them and I will use them anytime I would need them. My ac was not working and now it is. All thanks to Curtis.

Got a 2nd opinion after recieving an estimate from Star Mechanical Inc. for about 2k or replace units for 8k. Next contractor came in and completed repairs for $470. I would stay far away from this company, either they are incompetent or they aren't honest about repair options. I do not recommend this company.

Excellent service from the Star Mechanical team. Had them come out multiple times for a failed AC on short notice, and they managed to come out very quickly to diagnose and fix the problem. I would highly recommend them if you ever need HVAC service.

Premium prices compared to some of their competitors, however, the quality of work is indicative of how much they charge. Very responsive, but definitely did not appreciate the technician using my bathroom and leaving the toilet bowl in a revolting state.
